Corsello Butcheria is a fantastic little butcher shop and a special place in the community. It is known for its impeccable, terrific, and outstanding quality meats, featuring terrific thick cuts and dry aged steak. The pastured meat is tastier and of better quality than typical factory-farmed options. The shop is also celebrated for its amazing, fabulous, and wonderful sandwiches made in house. Standouts include the amazing Italian Beef sandwich and the fabulous Italian sub, described as a unique magical experience. The shaved roasted pork loin sandwich is also noted as amazing. These are considered the best sandwiches around, with fresh tasting ingredients like soft bread, insane quality beef, delicious au-jus, and crispy spicy giardiniera. The service is always on point, described as friendly, warm, accommodating, and great. The people who work there take time with customers. The shop offers a few tasty cheese selections alongside its beautiful meat cases. It is a lovely, craft, and artisan gem that provides a wonderful experience.
Incredible meat. You can taste the difference from this butcher rather than another non organic local wholesaler. Friendly staff, nice people, are Italian as well so everything’s good. Much rather go here then an Arnold’s.
