Big shout out to Andrew at customer service for getting my overdraft fee taken care of. Something happened with the payroll of the place I work. so my check wasn't in my account in time for when my car insurance took my deposit out and they dismissed the overdraft fee. 10/10 highly recommended Florence Bank!

Honestly amazing bank! I've not needed much done but to store your money and to receive money from things like direct deposits, they are amazing! I highly recommend it! their app is also good.

Been using this bank my whole life and I have never had any inconvenience. The service is usually quick and efficient and the employees always act very polite and friendly.
