I recently purchased a tacoma at Nicky D's and just want to thank Amy and Todd for their excellent service. Purchasing a used vehicle is always a challenge and I was given free reins in having my mechanic inspect the vehicle, etc. Their price was fair and there was never pressure to make the purchase, nor look at another vehicle on the lot. The vehicle was serviced with all fluids changed, etc. when I picked it up. They use a check point system and gave it to me. I felt they were very upfront with me when I think of the other dealers I have approached these past months. I would also like to make a comment with a previous review of a customer who gave a one star rating due to the rust on the undercarriage of their vehicle that they purchased. Purchasing a used vehicle is tricky, especially when one is not a mechanic, etc. My advice is one needs to do some homework before a purchase. I took my truck to my mechanic and he inspected the vehicle. He put it on a lift, did some tests and gave me his opinion on future repairs. It cost me $100, but it was worth every penny since he had expertise and I did not. There are some very good mechanics in the Northampton area. They are busy, but when it is a short inspection they are good at squeezing you in. This is one of the reasons I liked the service at Nicky D's is that they told me take the truck out, give a spin, and get someone to check it over if I had doubts. Price was firm but as said very fair. Finally, I have avoided purchasing used cars from Florida and recently someone told me New Hampshire due to salt - rust does not sleep. I feel good with my purchase. I know things could eventually go wrong, but that is the case with any machine. My best to all.

I purchased a used Hyundai Elantra a year ago. The staff were responsive and resolved several problems that emerged over six months of the warranty period. Unfortunately the engine began to have problems a few months after I bought the car because of what turned out to be a Hyundai design and manufacturing flaw; and was subject to a recall by Hyundai. Hyundai would not honor their 100,000 mile warranty because I was not the original owner. Nicky D's honored their used car warranty and replaced the engine with a used one. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to make good on this problem. My car now runs perfectly. I recommend their dealership.

Not happy with the service for the one-year warrantee on the car I just paid $15k for. The brakes started to make a lot of noise so I made an appointment for Nicky D's to fix them today at 2pm. Today they said they are all booked up this week and that if I drop of the car on Wednesday they will try to get to it then.

Obviously this will only be one positive review in a sea of many, but I thought I would write it anyways.Nicky D's has provided excellent service for 3 members of my family including myself. From vehicle selection, to customer service and processing speed they are unparalleled in the valley. Both Todd and Amy were helpful and friendly, without being pushy or overbearing.When I first picked up my vehicle, there was an issue. It took nothing more than a phone call to get scheduled for a repair, and the use of a loaner vehicle.10/10, if you are looking for a used vehicle and are sick of dealing with sketchy sales people this is the place for you.

I bought a 2015 Prius at Nicky D's last April. Their service is exceptional. Even with questions about routine matters, it doesn't matter how small. They always take the time to help me out. I cannot say enough about Todd. He is wonderful. You will do well to buy your next car from Nicky D's . You will be pleased with the car and the service.

I've had to go to Nicky Ds for several of my vehicles over the years. They always do great work and are reasonably priced. I recommend them to everyone. They also care about the community and their customers.

Sent an email requesting more information about a car listed online in the inventory. Got a call about a week later from a sales representative who suggested I call back for more information. When I did call back a few days later she had forgotten she’d called me in the first place and was short, stand off-ish and patronizing, asking again and again what I needed help with. Informed me the car I inquired about had been sold and did not offer to help me find another listed at a similar price point or suggest I visit. I did not feel welcomed or valued, and have decided to purchase a vehicle elsewhere.

Recently purchased a 2020 Honda Fit with 15,000 miles. Folks here were very respectful, honest and good people. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and was able to test drive on my own. I brushed a guardrail on the highway. Another shop wanted to replace the door and fender for way too much$ Betty got me scheduled right away, gave me a loaner, and the work was excellent. No sign of repair. And the price was what I could afford.

Bought my first (new to me) car at Nicky D's. They helped me throughout the whole process and did their stinking best to battle slow to respond insurers. No suits or super shiny showrooms but people who actually care about their jobs. I loved the no-nonsense candidness and the fact that they service the cars they sell.

They sold my 21 year old daughter a car that needed a new transmission 8 weeks later. Then needed a new alternator, starter, air compressor, and LR caliper 7 months after she bought it. They offered to put a used transmission in the car. The car had already been towed to another city because we didn't trust Nicky D's to work on it.

Couldn't give me a straight price on a tire rotation, every time i asked about price the lady bizarrely kept telling me "I don't know how long it's gonna take". It's a tire rotation, i'm fairly certain that even if one only has hourly labor rates, tire rotations should be a standard rate. period.

Lovely staff, they handled everything really well and as swiftly as possible due to circumstances out of their control. I got a new car on the road in less than a week!
