The team at Boylston rooms was an absolute pleasure to work with. The model for weddings offered here was among the most forward-thinking approaches that we saw during our entire search but the professionalism and care from the team was what truly made the experience special. Highly recommended!

I had to choose a wedding venue that I would be able to visit until the day of my wedding, and I could not have chosen a better venue. Erin, the owner, is one of the best humans you'll ever meet. I'll write a longer review and post some pictures soon, but I wanted to make sure I put up this review!

Our wedding was somehow even more magical than we could have possibly imagined. The staff were helpful and supportive from day one. Each meeting was extremely detail-oriented and each question was not only answered but explained well and we were provided with helpful suggestions throughout. The venue was absolutely beautiful, I loved the way we were able to customize so much of the space to make it our own. Myles was absolutely amazing, the day truly would not have gone so smoothly without him. He checked in on us consistently and was able to read my expressions easily when something was not quite right and ready with a solution without me even needing to say anything. I was able to have such a wonderful and carefree day knowing that he was there and able to help with anything, my veil, bustle, a laugh, and making sure I had anything I needed. My entire wedding party loved him and he made us feel so warm and welcome! I just might book The Boylston Rooms for every life event I can!!

We got married 8-3-2024 and truly had the best experience getting married at The Boylston Rooms! The communication was open and easy with Myles, Alyssa and all staff involved . The day of my wedding was wonderful - everyone put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself the entire day (like bringing drinks, snacks, etc). The bridal suite had everything we needed to get ready in and was the perfect space to spend the day before the big moment =) the crew also did a wonderful job of decorating the ceremony and reception room, everything looked beautiful and we were really happy with how everything turned out. We highly recommend The Boylston Rooms, you won’t be disappointed!

I could not say enough good things about this venue. We're SO glad we decided to get married at The Boylston Rooms! The pictures show for themselves how beautiful the venue (and surrounding areas for photography) are, but the staff are what make this place extra special. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was nothing but professional. They were clear and timely communicators, helped troubleshoot things during the planning process, and came with loads of wedding wisdom that helped set us up for success on the big day. When the big day came, I also appreciated how often their staff checked in - even to make sure I was eating (it's the small things!) - and were ready to jump into support anywhere. A special shout out to Myles, who played a supporting role during our wedding portraits, helping me to keep my very long veil under control! A few other things I'll mention: - Their storage room filled with decor you can borrow is SO helpful. Less that you need to buy (and potentially waste post-wedding) and can even make decision-making easier when there are 1,000 versions of the same item online. - Their wedding suites are great to have available too. Obviously for getting ready, but it's also a nice reprieve if you need a quiet moment during the reception. - The Boylston Rooms only works with one caterer, Myer's Catering. Our guests are STILL raving about the food. (There's more flexibility with other vendors). - The Boylston Rooms also owns/is affiliated with The Wedding Day Trolley, which we used to transport our guests to/from the hotel. My partner and I also took some super fun photos inside of the trolley!

My son has his wedding at this amazing venue….we had high expectations that were completely exceeded. Erin and Miles and the rest of the staff handled each and every detail with warm kindness and complete professionalism. Location was perfect for guests traveling from Boston, RI, CT, NY and beyond. The pictures are incredible too!

We just had our wedding at The Boylston Rooms last week and it was fantastic! We opted for a Button Wedding and everyone that the Boylston Rooms connected us with made the process so easy! It’s an amazing package that makes planning and preparing a breeze.
The day of the wedding, Erin and Jen were our wedding coordinators and they were incredible. They helped manage all the small details and, as Erin said, they were there to help run the show so we could just show up and enjoy the day.
I really appreciated all their help throughout. They were super efficient and responsive.
I highly recommend this venue if you’re looking for something that’s all inclusive. For months, people would ask me about how the wedding planning was going and I’d always say “it’s all done!” - because it was! That’s how easy they made it at The Boylston Rooms!

Came here for a wedding and it was GORGEOUS! Myles and his team are honorary members of our family now! They organized my cousin’s wedding from start to finish so that she was able to relax and enjoy her special day. The day went flawlessly! The outside courtyard was such a nice addition to the inside venue. The staff and caterers were phenomenal!!

I got married here this past weekend. It was an incredible night! Myles worked with us from the start. between him and Alyssa our wedding day was perfect! If anything did go wrong we had no idea. We used vendors that they recommended and they all worked so well together. This allowed for me ( anxiety ridden control freak) to completely let go and enjoy the day. I seriously can’t thank the Boylston Rooms enough for such an amazing day! They made everything so easy from having so much decor to choose from and setting it up! Everything was so beautiful.
Another shout out to Myles. Our guests cannot stop talking about how you kept the night moving so seamlessly!

The Boylston Rooms was a beautiful venue. Erin and Miles (and Allison, who was in training) were amazing and made our daughter and new son-in-law’s wedding a true fairy tale for them. It was wonderful having peeps to help us through out the whole wedding planning. I don’t know what we would have done with out them! They made sure everything ran smoothly and was on time. The Boylston Rooms had amazing recommended vendors to choose from. Our daughter and son-in-law choose their vendors for justice of the peace, DJ and photographer and they were truly all the dream team! They all work so well together! The Boylston Rooms has Myers Catering that does all their food and it was delicious! Thank you to all especially Myles and Erin for making Sam and Bailey’s day a magical beginning to their new life together!

Book your wedding or event here now! The team at the Boylston Rooms are absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived for our first tour, Erin and Myles were exceptional. They were so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. They were there every step of the way to help answer any questions or concerns we had. A few months out they sat with us to plan every detail of the day, and their experience made a huge difference. They were able to suggest amazing ideas while keeping our vision. Weeks leading up to our wedding when things changed, they were so flexible.
Myles was on for the morning of our wedding and I AM SO THANKFUL for that- not only did he make sure we had everything we needed but his expertise/experience/professionalism made things feel so calm. When I had a major issue with my bouquets, Myles LITERALLY saved the day. He called in a vendor they work with all the time and made my all of my bouquets unrecognizable (which was for the best).
They are so organized that when Myles left and Walter took over, the exchange went flawless. I could keep going on about how amazing they are. We are so thankful for them! Book your wedding day here and I am telling you, you won't regret it.

We don’t have enough good things to say about The Boylston Rooms! We got married on September 9, 2023 and had booked them nearly two years prior. From the day we booked to the day we walked down the aisle, Myles and the entire team were organized, attentive, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and so fun to work with. We live in Virginia, and planning a wedding from 400 miles away is a daunting task. However, Myles and his team made planning an absolute breeze. The day of, their event staff ran like a well-oiled machine; constantly checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, setting up decorations, coordinating guests, and keeping the wedding parties and families where they needed to be. If anything unexpected popped up, the entire team was on top of it. I walked through mud about 20 minutes before the ceremony; Myles and Aly quickly found some chalk, colored with it on my dress, and concealed the mud perfectly right before I walked down the aisle. Our pictures ran a little late before the ceremony, and guests arrived prior to all of us being ready. The staff quickly jumped in to make sure we could get where we needed to be without being seen. The team is truly dedicated to making your day special, and that did not go unnoticed during ours.
The price of this venue is almost too good to be true for what you receive during the planning process and on the day of your event. In addition to their team, their vast inventory of decor was a huge relief for our wedding. While we did bring some of our own decor, it was great to have a seemingly endless collection of decor to pick from. Our own decor was returned to us the next day, neatly stacked on a cart for us to load in our car. The venue itself is stunning; no wildly-patterned carpets or banquet hall-esque wallpaper here. Just a stunning industrial setting that is a blank slate for your dream wedding vision.
The one issue we had, which is to no fault of The Boylston Rooms but is worth noting, is the hotel blocks. Most of our guests were from out of town, so we needed a lot of rooms. Most hotels in the area were priced steeply and were mostly booked already (even a year out from our wedding when we inquired), so be cautious if you need a lot of rooms. The logistics were a bit wonky but ended up working out.
I really can’t emphasize how perfect our wedding day was, and it truly takes a village to pull that off. I owe it all to not only our amazing vendors (who were all recommended by The Boylston Rooms, by the way), but to Myles, Walter, Erin, and the whole Boylston Rooms staff. My entire bridal party, parents, and I were so impressed with the day-of coordination provided to us. We never felt stressed or upset, and the team was just as enthusiastic and excited about our day as we were, which really added to the excitement of our wedding day. We’re beyond grateful for all the hard work that went into our wedding day and truly encourage other couples in the northern CT / southern / western MA area to book The Boylston Rooms!
