I was very impressed with the customer service! Shortly after I arrived to get a new phone, the woman helping me had to leave unexpectedly. The other team member, James, came over to help and mentioned he was supposed to be leaving soon for his daughter’s first birthday party. He called a manager to check to see if someone was coming to relieve him and was told they would be there shortly. Then, an elderly man came in and was having a hard time with his phone and understanding how things worked on it. James stayed calm and was very pleasant and helpful to the man, offering assistance with multiple things (how to sign into email, how to recover a password, explaining WiFi vs data). His relief didn’t show up until over a half hour later. I felt really bad for him, as a fellow parent, I understood the urgency for wanting to get to his daughter’s party. When his relief arrived, instead of leaving right away, he stayed to make sure everything was closed out with my order and phone transfer, even though I told him he should go and let the other team member help me finish up. I kept thinking how impressive it was that he never once showed that he was frustrated or upset about being late to his daughters party, and that he was so very pleasant under such a stressful situation. Hats off to James! Absolutely amazing customer service all around!
