I honestly can’t say enough good things about YoyoExpert and the people who work there. The selection is amazing and you can try basically anything in the store. The owner and staff are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and beyond helpful. If you have any interest in yo-yoing or other skill toys this is the local company to support, they consistently try to support and grow the community.

Amazing service and carry good products. if there is a yoyo at yoyoexpert and a yoyo at a different store like yoyostore rewind or ebay, I will choose YYE any day! Amazing service products, wrapping, and shipping times! Will want to go to the store in real life, but I am an active user of forums.yoyoexpert.com and love their website

André just helped me for like an hour at 9PM on a Wednesday. helped me figure out why I snapped a string on my brand new Loop 720 and pointed me towards spacers I'll like more. ordered 4 new 720's just because he went out of his way. seriously refreshing top-tier support, appreciate you man!

i ordered some stuff over the weekend and realized that i wanted to add a few items to the order to save on shipping, also that one of the yoyo strings i initially ordered was the wrong kind. i emailed them and the person i talked to was very helpful and patient, added the new items and changed the one i needed changed.

Bought a yoyo. It arrived defective. Requested a replacement, and got nothing but denial and runaround from customer service. Not happy with the product. Not happy with the service. If they decide to correct the situation in the future. I'll change this review. As of this moment I wouldn't recommend buying yoyos from this company.
