Daniel R from Att Westwood is amazing! He resolved multiple issues for me that took most of the day. His customer service standards are impeccable, kept me calm and persevered through a difficult win back reactivation of my account. I’d recommend other customers to go to the Westwood location. This location is a third-party retailer of AT&T products and services—and unfortunately, it shows. The staff is poorly trained, the service is disorganized, and the overall experience is unprofessional. When purchasing a phone, they automatically tack on a $10 monthly insurance charge without clearly explaining it, and falsely claim it’s an AT&T requirement.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this store altogether. For accurate information, transparent pricing, and professional service, go to the official AT&T store near Legacy Place in Dedham. It’s a corporate location—not a third-party reseller—and the experience is night and day.

I went at the store one month ago asking for help, my bill it’s huge and I don’t know why. I had to cancel every insurance and pay my Apple Watch, even so my bill its more higher this month. The guy put one more line and now I’m paying for 4 lines but I just have 2 phones and 1 watch. It’s awful, every time that I go to AT&T my bill turns more higher and I don’t take nothing from the store. I need help to change my bill, I can’t pay for this mistake this month, I didn’t ask for that, or I need to look for some authority to help me.

After a 3rd try I found this AT&T store open, the first 2 weren't. I was having trouble with my phone and Eddy Tavares and Caio Reboucas were very friendly, made me feel welcome and most importantly fixed my phone right away. Kudos to them both!!

Got there yesterday a little after 11am. Doors were locked........store opens at 10am. I waited in the car and the rep showed up. Very nice person. I went in for a phone upgrade and review of my cellular service plan. He helped me with both. I received an email from AT&T of the changes and an estimate for the next month's bill. It's $100+ more per month than what quoted in the store. None of the numbers match what was quoted in me in the store. Last thing I need to be doing on a holiday weekend is going back to deal with these improper business tactics.

Needed to get a phone for my son and we had a wonderful experience. Sarah was able to get us a new phone, a line added, and switched numbers on an Apple Watch in a timely manner with kindness and patience.Super glad we picked this location and that Sarah was there to help us. Excellent experience all around.
