Unfortunately, I was not aware of a major issue when I purchased my used vehicle in April, 2023. There were a couple of problems not made aware at the time of the purchase, but they were minor and not a big deal. However, when I brought my vehicle for the usual services at my mechanic, he informed me that he was unable to rotate my tires as they were locked. I chatted with someone 4 days ago at Bourne's about this problem and have NOT received any call or response from anyone. I expected someone to tell me why I did not get the KEY needed to unlock the tires or at least be willing to pay for any service(s) that was needed to fix the problem. I did find a GMC dealership several miles from my home that will be able to service and correct this problem. Forbid if I had had any tire issues in the past 6 months as AAA or any other service would not be able to fix the tire(s). This is definitely something that I should have been made aware of. This is Bourne's responsibility.I was quite pleased with the service I had received when I purchased the vehicle, but since would not be able to recommend the dealership or intent to purchase from them again in the future, as I told them I would do.

No hassle. No fancy showroom frills. No haggling. The price is the price. Good vehicles at a good value. Compared online and the pricing was better than anywhere else I could find. My pre-owned vehicle was completely serviced and even had a new set of tires and spare. Sales and paperwork were quick and easy. Sales stayed in touch with me by text over the three days (my choice) between purchase and delivery. I’d definitely go there again when in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. Great experience.

Disturbing business practices, avoivd this dumb. Particularly Jose, that guy smells like he rolled in trash, while eating rotten cheese. The rest of the staff are not much better, they will just sit there like they are in a coma. They are completely comfortable with making people wait and then lying to them.

Purchased my car at Bournes car dealer in Easton MA.Kyle Boom was very helpful. He took his time to explain the whole process, from working with my bank and my insurance. He answered all my questions politely with a smile. I truly recommend anyone to have Kyle assist when buying a car. I love my carThanks Kyle you are the best! ?

My husband and I found great professionals at Bourne’s, we were helped by José Molina, through this help we purchased the 2017 Nissan Máxima, not to mention David from the finance department was also very competent in his actions. If you need a new car, head to Bourne’s Auto Center. Totally recommendable.

My experience with Kim at Bourne's Auto Center was extremely disappointing. Not only did she fail to show me all the cars I had requested to see before making a purchase, but she also lacked basic knowledge about the vehicles she was trying to sell. To make matters worse, she allowed me to leave without any necessary paperwork and dishonestly informed her manager, Carlos, that she had left it on the desk, which was far from the truth.It's been two months, and I still don't have an account to make my car payments because they refused my offer, even though I had secured approval from a credit union. Kim needlessly ran my credit through numerous banks, damaging my credit score in the process. She failed to provide the account information for the bank she chose, leaving me in the dark.Now, my first payment is due, and due to the lack of paperwork and information, it's going to be late, aggravated by the fact that it's a holiday. When I reached out for assistance, Kim was unhelpful, simply suggesting I call in the morning. Her lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism in handling the situation were evident throughout the process.To add to the frustration, the car I purchased has had ongoing issues, including bad brakes and multiple trips back for new tires. Even the latest tire replacement developed a slow leak. I strongly advise steering clear of Bourne's Auto Center altogether based on my experience.

please do not buy a car from these people. I bought a Dodge RAM 1500 and I've owned it now for 6 weeks and it's been in the shop going on 3 weeks. I've had to call each week to get an update. I asked the service manager if he thought not contacting his customers whose cars are being serviced was an acceptable practice which he responds that he has been bending over backwards for me. What the hell is this man talking about! They've had my vehicle almost as long as I have and I have no idea when I'm getting it back! I don't understand why places like this strive to be pathetic but it's clear they work hard at it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

I wish i could leave negative Stars, but this is not possible. over the course of 10 years my family has stupidly kept going back here, buying 3 cars in the last 18 months alone. Sales is not the best but GOD FORBID you have to deal with service. They charge outrageous amounts of money to change silly things such as license plate bulbs. The bulb is $4 but they want to charge $90 to replace it and they swear it is aftermarket parts (yet this is a factory part) . They give you the run around every time and continue to keep said vehicles for multiple days at a time and not even inspect it when you make a specific appointment to inspect it for the day prior, but it's never looked at. We have brought the most current vehicle back 3 different times for an issue while pumping fuel and are told each time that there is nothing wrong and then what do you know ....CHECK ENGINE LIGHT due to an EVAP issue with the feul tank . This place is awful and if you do chouse to buy a vehicle from here, never use their service department . I could go on and on but i think you get the hint of the people youre dealing it . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Great experience at Bourne’s with Jose. I was a first time car buyer and Jose walked me through the entire process without being pushy in anyway. As far as cars go, this is the place to buy. I spent 3 months researching cars and dealerships and if you look on CarGurus almost every car in their lot is considered a “great deal”. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you Bourne’s and Jose!
