Your phone system is horrible. We are so taking the “human” out of everything. Everything has to be automated now. And leave a voicemail for someone to get back to you SERIOUSLY SMH.

THE CVS in Easton is the Best. Chris and Aaron are always very helpful and they are kind. Always want to make sure their customers are good and have what they need. I love going there.

Very rude cashier asked her politely about trash bin . She denied which was ok I left it outside for few minutes till I pick up the prescription. Enitre time she was watching trash that I make sure to pick it up. Instead of having a trash watcher cvs can put a trash bin to throw trash.

Do not use this pharmacy. The lack of empathy of its employees and their lack of concern for the well being of its customers whom are depending on medication is extremely concerning.

Always some issue here ....with meds insurance or in stock items . Would suggest using a different cvs for medicine / prescription. I feel they may enjoy or get some kick or rush from the trouble they put you through ... save yourself the aggravation ?

Robin in the Pharmacy is AWESOME. I made the end of her day so much harder than it had to be. But she still went above and beyond...and never let me know it. I would of even gotten mad at me! Which I was BTW.Still, Robin's customer service skills are incredible. I hope cvs appreciates her for all she does, and has to offer. She made this visit a total turnaround and I definitely will be coming back, bc of her!

You have a girl working the pharmacy register that needs to learn how to speak louder and not move like a turtle. I was in there for over an hour waiting for a prescription and just watching how understaff your store is. Maybe you should pay more to get bodies in there to work. I saw 6 people waiting over a half hour just to covid shots because you have one Pharmacist, one person ringing the register and one technician.

Would leave 0 stars for this pharmacy if I could, I believe the issue is with the same pharmacist as the other complaints in the past few months as well because I have had multiple issues with this person in particular, she is always very hostile about answering questions and today I mispronounced a medication I was picking up for my ill Grandfather and she was almost making fun of me and telling me it didn’t exist instead of trying to help me figure out what I was trying to find…her name was Nada.
