Used to be great. Now, the bacon is always gross, burnt. Or just made and it’s a Goey mess. Coffee made too light or too dark and they are not pleased to fix it. I spend a lot per month, Going to another dunks from now on.

I was on my way to a doctors appointment and my pt driver stopped to get me and 2 others in the car coffee. Whoever made my coffee this morning deserves a raise! My coffee was chefs kiss ???☕️? my only issue was the woman at the drive thru menu seemed very short with us. I have worked for a good amount of dunkies so I can understand how it is to work there but it just would have gone better if she let us speakAnd finish what we were saying and not talk over us.but honestly it probably was the headsets and not the girls fault. I’m notGonna hold it against her.

Went to Dunks ordered a LG Iced with 6 creams and 2 Splenda. I get back an almost black coffee . When I POLITELY asked for more cream the ladies response was well I put in 6 what do you want ? I WANT to be treated the same way I treat the employees

Fresh coffee. Great service. Even allowed me to change my order at pickup window by making it decaf and adding whipped cream to my frozen coffee.

Excellent location, ample parking and quality service. This is my new daily Dunkin. Always fast and accurate orders. I usually use the order ahead option but even when I go through the drive through they are friendly and prompt. Great job to everyone working here!!

Great Dunkin'! I was greeted by big smiles and very friendly people working here. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I got my first Dunkin' grilled cheese and it was perfectly toasted, warm, and gooey. I also grabbed some glazed and jelly Munchkins for my pup and was pleased that I got a few extra than I paid for so I could sneak a jelly for myself but don't let my pup find out.??? I'm not a die-hard coffee drinker but do enjoy an occasional iced so I got just a small that was just right. While inside I also noticed they have a great assortment of travel cups and mugs all very reasonably priced. They don't sweat, are dishwasher safe, and look to be just the right size and available in an assortment of colors. Some keep hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold for many hours. I think my biggest regret was not grabbing one of those travel cups while I was there. Before I got back on the road I wrapped my grilled cheese in some napkins and it was ready to be enjoyed while I traveled home down 104. I used to go to school in this area and would go to all these wonderful spots on my way and for lunch every day but haven't been in the area in quite some years but I was very pleased to be greeted again by such friendly people in a clean establishment with wonderful service and enjoyed my tasty lunch on the go. As a special bonus when I returned home with the Munchkins my dog forgave me for leaving him home that morning. I'm so glad I stopped and for the great kids that were working the afternoon of 10/03/2022, I thank you all very much for your hard work and for making my day special with your smiles and your hard work and you also made my dog's day! ?????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately, while picking up my order I found multiple toe nails and nut residue in my coffee. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte but received a pumpkin salted latte. Also the whipped cream wasn’t whipped- it was beaten which is very sad. And pls be advised that the coworkers are unsanitary and virgins.

Well for starters when I got my food i unwrapped it and and it was a giant rat jus inside the sandwich, which i thought was dead but it jumped out and but me and now i have rabies. Also when i got my drink i tried drinkin out the straw but it wasnt going up. I checked what was wrong and it was a weird while slime, glad i didnt drink it. Also one of the employees said they’d nut in my donut if i gave them extra safe to say im never eatin at your establishment EVER AGAIN

Not only did the food have an ODD ODOR, I was also met with MANY micro aggressions from the older employees. NOT TO MENTION ALL THE OLDER EMPLOYEES WERE GIVING ME DIRTY LOOKS. Like if you’re gonna give me attitude fix your stank breath! ?

We will go out of our way to go to this DD. We live closer to the Depot Street DD which is just terrible! This DD staff is so good we will drive the 15 min each way.

Person who took order was very rude and didn't get the order right. (Iced coffee with 1 cream and 3 sugars) I received a iced caramel swirl. Whoever was working at drive thru window was very rude and was handed $4 dollars for a $3.30 coffee and shut the window in my face then proceeded to hand me $1.30 in change. Pretty disappointed but this is part for the course at this location most days. Some days morning staff is excellent.
