“Jim Sullivan at Armstrong is one of the best guys around. He helped coordinate a move for a family piano to our new house. The movers Benjamin and Jason showed up on time and made sure to do an excellent job protecting the piano and moving it with extreme care. It’s the little things that make all the big difference such as great communication, showing up right on schedule and putting moving mats down in your hallways that set Armstrong apart. “My experience with Astro International was excellent! In autumn 2020 I needed to arrange a move from the USA to the UK quickly because I'd just been issued a UK spouse visa. Peter was very patient and responsive in answering my many questions and helping me to organize everything. This included bringing some items from my mother's house in another state to his warehouse so that all my belongings could depart together from the East Coast. He and his team were very kind and friendly when they came to pick up my items from my home as well. There was a delay in delivery due to Brexit, not at all Astro's fault (the consolidator was delayed in loading shipments because of congestion at UK ports). But even the combined chaos of a global pandemic and Brexit did not stop Astro International from getting my items to the UK safe and sound in the end. Arranging an overseas move for the first time felt very overwhelming, but I'm so glad I chose Astro International to help me with it. Peter's patience and guidance, and Astro's overall service, were all first-rate!”
“Theses guys are very efficient, hardworking and clean.. organized and professional,, the supervisor Gabriel was pure professional, they allowed me to stay overnight, and use the bathroom, no food close, so bring ya own.. I tripped the alarm by accident and Gabriel came back and assured me to not worry, they not gonna press charges ???? easy unloading here.. super cool. This guy is the face of a professional place that respects truckers!!!”
“We hired Two Men and Truck moving company for our full home move - and I would highly recommend this company. The office staff was exceptionally helpful with the quoting, inventory and scheduling process - and I had many changes and questions which they always helped me out with. The crew that showed up on Saturday arrived on time, ready to go, worked straight through the day to complete the move in a timely manner. They were professional, courteous, friendly and considerate - they took great care with our personal items - which included a few large/special consideration items - a piano, basketball hoop and treadmill - and were careful to avoid any damage to either home. Great company - your best bet for your next move!”

“My husband and I moved this past weekend from a house to an apartment and a storage unit. Kilroy Brothers sent Steve, Tom, Junior and Scott. They were amazing right from the start by arriving early in the rain. They never once complained and continually told us that they would take care of us, which they did. They were extremely professional, hard working, and handled our belongings with respect and care. This is our third time using Kilroy and each time was a positive experience. “I recently used Mercury for a move from the North End to their storage facilities. I picked Mercury over their competitors for a few reasons: - Communication – Mercury actually answers their phone when you call and they respond to emails. There might not be a wizard to calculate how much your move costs, but that is because a human being actually thinks about it. A human with extensive experience in how your move is different than the ones before it. - Pricing – As an added benefit, they have some of the best pricing in the market for an established company. You might find two guys with a truck offering you a better price, but Mercury comes with all the extras. Like how to properly wrap and pack a floor mirror, that weird lamp, or unscrewing the bracket that is above your reach. - Quality – They wrapped my Ikea purchases with the same care of my big wall mirror. It was impressive to watch them pack efficiently and with great care for everything. There are no newbies here – just experts. - Staff – Everyone I have worked with is very nice, timely, and professional. In the spirit of disclosure, this is my 5th move with Mercury over the span of 10 years (2006, 2008, 2010, 2011, and 2015). Over those years, my little sister and family members have hired them regularly as well. At my most recent move, Melvin and Santiago recognized me from prior moves… and remembered that my mom had given them fresh chicken eggs over the summer when they helped her. I'm almost positive there is no fancy CRM system helping them remember those facts. They remembered because they are all cordial, polite, and genuine people who care about the customers they work with.”
