“I went to a machine outside in the rain to pick up my movies I reserved & had to keep sliding my credit card in every direction & flipping it over & after at least 15 swipes it finally went through & I got my movies. The next day I tried returning them to a different location that happened to not be working which was a huge let down since it was already 8pm & I only had an hour to return them & planned on shopping at that store but thankfully a friend met me there & took them to another location on his way home & dropped them off in time to avoid any extra charges.”

“Sometime they're out of the movies I want they don't keep many copies of new movies I think. But I like reserving online and then just picking them up it's convenient. But I've returned movies before 9pm and they have still charged me an extra day watch your email for your receipt and keep on top of those!”
