Everyone is nice, but their mortgage department is a mess. I went to them on a recommendation from my father in law to refinance and they have been nothing but a headache. Maybe with their recent merger they are still working out some kinks, but I would not recommend doing business there

I am unable to access my online account and bill pay. I called customer support and was told me it takes two weeks to regain access to my online account through the added security. I never had any problems like this when it was Mutual Bank.

Quality of customer service at this bank has deteriorated to the point I am closing my accounts. Extremely rude and disrespectful encounter this morning with a customer service employee over a simple request to speak with a manager. The woman should be fired.

This is by far the worst bank. Every other week there are restrictions placed on my card for normal activity. Then they cannot explain why a restriction was placed. They do nothing to expedite the situation. I pay several bills it shows as pending After a few days those pending charges disappear so I pay another **** or so with my balance. Then a day or 2 later these charges reappear putting me overdrawn. This bank needs to be investigated for theft.

Absolutely garbage ever since merging with Mutual Bank. Apparently they adopted Mutual Bank’s fee schedule which meant my daughter’s savings account (she is a minor, it’s a custodian account) began having a monthly maintenance fee deducted because she doesn’t have an average daily balance of $1 million. I got laughed at when I asked for the $50 in fees refunded. May as well go with Bank of America because these clowns have no idea what they are doing.

The merger with Mutual has changed this bank, and not for the better unfortunately.

This is the worst bank I have ever used. The customer service is zero help. If I could give this bank zero stars I would. They stopped the use of the other cards just so they could use their newer cards. I did not get any notification that I was supposed to switch my cards out by a certain date and my card just stopped working. I now have to to contact everyone that uses my card for my loans, and bills and change my card number. I absolutely hate this bank and cannot wait to switch.

Before they merged with Mutual I loved this bank. Since they merged, I can’t stand it. Sorry but some of the changes they have made are horrible

Dont use this bank. They used to be good before they merged with Mutual. They are flooded with hidden fees.

This merger has been a disaster for the customer in my opinion. All of a sudden they are charging me $35, $35, $35 for overdraft fees when looking at my on line bank statement there is plenty of money to cover the transaction. And now I am out $105 and there is not enough money to cover the transaction so there goes another $35. They changed the rules about many things...e.g. all checks are held for one business day so if you think you can use the money the next day you can't... there goes another $35. There "available balance" is so misleading, they tack on an additional $1500 to your perceived available balance, but that is money they are willing to cover you for... probably for all the $35 fees. I am sick about it. We have four family members there with all accounts attached but we will have to change banks because I am going broke banking there, and the stress is too much. So sad.

Since the merge this bank has done a 180 and not in a positive way. This bank was a true home town bank with an exceptional customer service team, online banking and just easy to do business with and now they have become very difficult to do business with. they have gotten rid of a lot of the long time staff and simply do not want to go the extra steps to make banking convenient for you. I will be changing banks and it will be a huge inconvenience but better then were I am now. Finally it is a shame they ruined such a good banking experience

I had banked here for 10 years. I visited the corporate office in Easton a few times over the past couple of weeks. I was made empty promises and their managment made a mistake with a large sum of my money. They then refused to solve their mistake. They also treated me as if I was stupid for following their managers instructions. I have sense removed all of my money and will never bank here again.
