Only my second time here, previously had someone do a great job here, but today someone did a pedicure cut my toes uneven then tried to say they didn’t cut my toe nails. Flies everywhere. Horrendous experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great service! Prices are a bit steep but they make up for it with them being friendly and they do a great job and fast. I always do walk ins and I never waited more then 10-15 min to be taken to a chair.

They were nice, but literally feel like I got the worst lady that did my nails. Not only did she rush me to choose a color, but then she was very rough. She caused me to have infections on my multiple fingers after leaving there. I was upset that I had to go back the same day and get a touch-up on a chipped nail, and then it kept chipping again today WORSE than before after I went back and told someone else how to half-way fix it. This isn’t the right thing to do. I’m very disappointed, I tried to be nice and had tipped her anyway to be respectful and was nice to her in return when she apologized about the error. After I return to have them fix this, I do not think I should return…

They were very nice but I didn't realize how bad my nails looked until I got home. Is that old nail polish under the new? Is it I don't know what? The color didn't cover the natural white of my nails so it just looks weird on both hands. I'll have to remove the polish and redo it myself when I get home. That's a $40 bummer

If I can give it zero stars I will. I got a dip and regular pedicure. She started with my hands first. I think I just got the short end of the stick and got the worst technician. She rushed the whole time. I had dip on. Instead of wrapping in foil she file my nails down so thin it was painful. I thought she was going to wrap them in foil but never did. She never finish my nails. Did my toes in record breaking time. Told me dry off my toes. Meanwhile I still have dip powder all over my hands. I asked if I can wash my hands she said no later, but then took another client and told me to dry my toes off. Usually when I get my dip they tell me to wash my hands then put a top coat. She never told me to wash my hands. So now my hand are cover in red dip powder. I was upset that she took another client and hadn’t even finished my hands. My hands are still red after washing them. I only got one top coat of clear polish. My nails look horrible! What a waste of money. I never complain or leave reviews but this lady is literally the worse. I came her to relax and have some me time, but instead walked out so angry at the service and how bad my nails look.

I really like my nails, I didn’t make an appointment but was put with Kevin he did such a great job. I got French dip with tips and it was done in less than an hour. The only reason why this is getting a four is that the girl at the front desk (and I am pretty sure she was training) was extremely rude, even when I was already at the desk in front of her she proceeded to ignore me

I went and asked for a dip. The guy who helped me put the foil on my fingers to remove my old polish before I even got to pick a new one. He sent me to pick a color with acetone dripping foil wrapped fingers. I ended up just asking for French with chrome because I didn’t want to make a mess picking a color. I asked for an almond shape and he said “I’ll try”. Not a good experience, he rushed through the whole thing and didn’t brush the dip powder off in between dips so my nails were super lumpy and uneven. They were all dented at the tips too. had him re do 4 nails in the chair. They looked yellow ish and gross. I ended up calling when I got home and came back the next morning to get them fixed. They were nice enough and my second set came out much better. The salon seemed kind of dirty and I don’t think I’ll be back. A lot of the lights to dry the nails were covered in tape and tin foil. Before and after photos. The the whole ordeal was $75 plus tip and then I went back and tipped again. I’m fine with paying $75 but having to go back and get them fixed was an inconvenience for sure.

I have been going to Kathy for at least 5 years and I love my nails every time. She does exactly as I ask and they last so long. I highly recommend seeing her!

I have been coming to star nails for 10 years this year! I tried 5/6 salons in and surrounding easton before I found this place and I will never go elsewhere. I primarily use Kathy and Emily. But everyone here is great. They are always on time for me and have so many color options. And Emily is always down to try the crazy design I show her. I seriously love my nails every-time I leave. And they helped me get off acrylic and grow my own nails healthy and use gel! They do wonderful pedicures also that never leave me in pain. Love love love them!!

I’ve been coming to Kathy for a number of years and she is always amazing. I can’t wait to get my nails done and everyone at the salon is so kind. My daughter Mia loves Candy and brings all her friends in to see them as well. Always happy with the results. Quality all day every day.

My daughter gets her nails done regularly (dip). She came to this place for the first time last week. Her nails started to pop off within 6 days. By the time we returned today (day 9), she had already lost 3 nails. It's pretty clear that they were not done right but they refuse to replace the whole set. Instead they are replacing only the 3 that have popped off so she will have to keep coming back as the others pop off. Also, you can tell that she had them done at different times because the new ones are closer to her cuticle. In my opinion,this is unacceptable and we will not return here.

The owner is aggressive and bullies you for cash. Not a great place to come to anymore. There are plenty of salons nicer and much cleaner.I do not recommendService: Nail painting

I am fine with their manicures as some of the technicians are great especially Alex!! However I ended up with athletes foot after my pedicure so I advise not to get one there. Wish I knew my technicians name because she rushed and had attitude and.clearly not all was clean :(BewareServices: Pedicure
