Unfortunately staffing seems to be an ongoing issue for target. Lines and wait inside are terrible and we just waited 45 minutes in the car for our drive up order. This is not new. We typically wait long periods for orders just waiting to get picked up. It used to be a convenient way to shop but not anymore. Not sure if it’s just the target store near us or all .

No cashiers on 7/2/25. A line at the self checkout with one accepting cash. Three customers flagged others to step in front who were paying with a credit card.
The mens department was in shambles with inventory on the floor in some areas. Sparse inventory where there are empty pegs.
I'm not returning.

This right here is a reason why Target Corporation's sales are way down (almost 3% in Q1). Middle of the day. 1 register open. They had self checkout where the line was 15 people deep and moving slowly. Meanwhile multiple employees are milling about or stocking shelves pretending they don't see customers waiting. No management present to remedy the situation. I had about $50 worth of merchandise in my hand to pay for. After 15 minutes of waiting to give them my money, I just dropped it and walked out. Also the store is very messy and the clothing departments are a shambles. The day manager is clearly incompetent and needs to be retrained or fired. This particular store is devolving into crappy K-Mart.

As someone who shops here regularly, it’s disappointing to see how consistently understaffed this store is. Every visit, the lines are long, shelves are often disorganized or poorly stocked, and it’s clear the employees are stretched thin. What’s even more frustrating is that despite this obvious need for help, they’re never hiring. I’ve personally been willing to work here and have checked multiple times over the past year — still nothing.
On top of the staffing issues, the store itself feels neglected. It’s run down compared to other Target locations in the area. The lighting is dim in spots, the floors look worn, and the overall environment just doesn’t match the standard you’d expect from a major retailer like Target.
It’s a shame, because this store has potential — it just needs investment in its staff and some much-needed maintenance.

Weekend morning and they have ONE cashier open with a massive line and they refuse to open self check out. Meanwhile I’ve seen about 20 employees stocking. Last time I’ll be coming here.

Always out of stock on a lot of grocery items, and the pickup department CONSTANTLY forgets stuff in my order.

2nd time now, purchasing expired food from this location, really sick and tired of having to drive back or toss out things I paid full price on.

This is the worst target I have ever been in. Staff are rude. The store was not busy. The dressing room was closed and no one would respond to requests to open it so clothes could be tried on. Requested the manager and he or she would not respond. Never shopping at this Target again.

Store is nice and employees are great just a shame how customers treat the store like it’s there house leaving there trash and not putting things away like grown adults should. Shame on you if you come here to make a mess

Shame on you Target for only having 1 person bring out the orders for driveup pickup. I have been here since 6:10pm and it is now 6:53pm w 2 babies in the car. Terrible. I'd drive away, but last time I did that YOU GUYS PUT THAT I PICKED UP MY ORDER WHEN I DIDNT AND YOU CHARGED ME FOR MY ORDER THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. LAST TIME I DO THIS WITH TARGET. SHAWS AND WALMART ARE A LOT QUICKER.
