Young ladies there are amazing. But the older gentlemen is rude and sneaky! He adds donations to your transactions without your approval and gets a tax write-off.

The skillset of customer service is null and void at this location. Unfortunately with this location being the only within my community, I’m forced to go here. EVERY single time I frequent this location, it’s never pleasant. The employees/owners seem to have the mindset that we the customers should know every detail in how a package should be presented before handing it over to them. They charge you for every aspect you may not have (i.e. a pice of packaging tape to secure a box). No customer appreciation whatsoever!

Never will I go into this store. The owner is a very dishonest person and has not assisted me at all. He charged me $178 to ship something and when it didn’t arrive he would not help. I have sent 3 emails requesting my money back “like UPS” said to do. He has even answered my emails. So, I am warning you, don’t do business with him.
