Visited the store on vacation. Accidentally knocked 4 yetis off the back counter wall and was forced to purchase two due to “scratches”. Very disappointing as the shelf was packed with yetis and the store forced the purchase where the scuffs weren’t evident they were even from falling off their shelf. No product should be damaged falling a foot of the shelf.

The customer Service was disappointing. The manager wouldn't come out of her office to discuss a problem with my purchase. I was nothing but polite and courteous to the employee at the front, but I will not purchase anything from this store again. I'm very sad about my experience.
