Two reasons I love this place and the staff. I’m a dark beer lover (yes in the summer!!) and the guys were willing to special order for me!! Second, I recently learned about McBride Sisters wine, a fascinating story and great wine — and MV Spirits carries it. Well done!

Best spot on MV to get wine and liquor. The staff/owner are also awesome!! Knowledgeable and informative especially for a non red wine drinker like myself- offered the perfect suggestions for reds and liquor for a party and even got the seltzer flavors we inquired about. Thank you!!

If you want to experience the worst example of customer service, towards long-time Vineyarders, go here. After purchasing ~$1700 in wine and liquor, from MV Wine and Spirits, upon their recommendation for a summer gathering, we attempted to return ~25% of the amount purchased as it was too much and wound up being untouched. First, we were told by Brian Older (Younger), that it would be for store credit only. Then after a polite conversation, and going to the store, charged a 30% restocking fee and were told "we don't rent booze." I asked if he could show me that policy somewhere, and the response was "industry standard, and you never asked." We were then told, "If you don't like it take us to court." Lastly, having been told that we could return unopened material, upon arrival we were told "No beer. Just wine." All in all, it is sad that a new wine store (2013) would demonstrate this level of customer service or unwillingness to satisfy all parties. We were just trying to return unopened items, and recognized there would be a restocking fee of ~8%-10%. Not 30%. Summarily, we had to go to our credit card company and file a refund. We have been going to this store for years, but have never encountered a co-owner with this approach.

This is a great store on the island. The selection is huge, the staff are very friendly and if you enjoy store picks of whisky and bourbon, this store has them! Prices are very reasonable.

Best place on the island for liquor and fine wine. Incredible selection of French, Italian and Spanish wines, several unique champagne options. Bourbon, scotch and gin options have a solid foundation with a couple of rare and interesting offerings in each. Prices aren't crazy and the staff are friendly.

So it’s on the better side for selection on the vineyard. But you will pay for it. They are much more expensive. Paid $100 for a bottle of Blantons Single barrel. Should be $65
