my computer was over heating and was with out it for 2 weeks couldnt figure it out i called nuspot and talked to ray super cool dude, and knows his stuff, had my computer all wired better and got all the lights on and nice and clean the next day

I can’t even begin to convey my gratitude for Ray at Nuspot!! I had lost all email access for two weeks and he patiently and kindly (and with a good sense of humor!) took time to unravel the issues and completely solve and resolve the problems! All with extraordinary patience and a smile!

I’m so grateful I found this place in Falmouth after one of my college kids dropped their phone from a height at work and the screen went green. Luckily, Gustavo fixed it right up in under an hour for a very reasonable price! He also helped me select a case to prevent another broken screen, and gave me a break on it. Highly recommend this place!

My phone had shut down, wouldn’t take a charge. Went into NuSpot Tech late on Saturday afternoon expecting to need port repair, or replacement charger/cable, or a new phone. They took me without an appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it. Simple cleaning of port. Sent me on my way in 15 minutes. Very nice and great service.

Dont recommend. Brought my not even a year old phone there to get a screen replacement and they messed it all up. so bad i now need to purchase a new phone. so disappointed they didn't really try to hard to help resolve their over and over mistakes

Thank you Miguel for the quick replacement of the hard drive in my laptop and the follow-up tech support I needed. The cost was incredibly reasonable for such outstanding service. This was not my first experience at NuSpot, and I can honestly say the service is consistently the best. Thanks again.

These guys are great! Super nice, they know what they are doing. They are phone wizards, fixing my otherwise very broken phone that apple wanted to charge $600 for. They did it for free. We took our daughter’s passport photo there. They won’t take infant photos but they let us take them using their white background. Best photos we have of her. Her passport makes all the border guards crack a smile.

Came in with a non-booting iphone and they immediately diagnosed the problem and said to come back in 20 minutes. Sure enough they had the phone working and didn't even charge for the fix. Highly recommend and will be back again if I have any tech related issues!

Awesome service and very reasonable prices! Miguel was super friendly and cooperative, he is a great worker! Went in to get a cracked screen and it was fixed in about an hour flawlessly. If you’re worried about the screen replacement being jankey or botched leave all worries at the door! Great job had to leave a review

Wonderful service. Quick, Friendly, and Helpful Staff. I brought my iPhone in for screen replacement and am very pleased with how everything went. We are blessed to have them on the island. I highly recommend this business!
