Generally I don’t mind this store compared to Vineyard Haven. But BE CAREFUL when cashing your scratch offs as someone I know went in with a few tickets and was given significantly less than the prize amount. At this point we don’t even think they scanned the major ticket. They were baffled by it and pretty much just walked off with the minimum amount from 1 of the tickets. Got the employees name. This shouldn’t have happened and they should’ve said something but I feel at the moment they were just confused, you don’t expect an employee would just swipe a ticket from you.

Please wrap the watermelons better with plastic wrap, whoever wraps the watermelons spends little to no time ensuring that the plastic is fully covering the watermelon. I hope someone that can make this improvement read this.

You spend all the money renewing your store, but if the employees have a nasty attitude against the customer. Went to cash out my instant ticket win. First asked where is customer service and he said down there, Dont you don't see? then we stand in the service counter it had a sign of closed, but I kindly asked if she could help me. She did cash them for me, but not before complaining the customer that they were "closed". At 9am. Come on manager get on your staff to provide decent customer service. I could have said nasty thing back at them, but I did not. I rather let realize themselves how stupid they acted. The customer should be respected.

I understand that the store is undergoing changes but it seems that they need to be more accommodating to customers. It is very difficult to find things. It would be helpful if there could be some one to help find things.. also prices should be adjusted to accommodate the inconvenience. Is corporate aware of the problem in this store?
