I understand that the store is undergoing changes but it seems that they need to be more accommodating to customers. It is very difficult to find things. It would be helpful if there could be some one to help find things.. also prices should be adjusted to accommodate the inconvenience. Is corporate aware of the problem in this store?

The personnel at the deli were professional and courteous.We stopped twice yo order a personalized cake, no one in the bakery at 5 pm on a Sunday or 4:30 pm on a Tuesday.We decided to buy a cheesecake and personalize it ourselves. They had a fantastic array of items to select from in the baking aisle.The store has a wide selection and was very clean .

Skip the store in Vineyard Haven, which is a poorly stocked dump. This, by comparison, is delightful, simply by virtue of being an utterly unremarkable grocery store.

Terrible experience in here last week.The girl helping with the Self check out was yelling/demeaning an older woman because the woman was unfamiliar with how the bags weighed things.

Previously wrote a few days ago how difficulty it was to get plantains there. Their support team reached out, after which I went back yesterday, and they had an abundance of plantains, yeah!
