“I have been a customer of public storage for almost 9 years and Bruce has been wonderful and he needs a promotion and a raise! I wish more people were like him honestly. He is attentive to customers needs and really listens to what they are saying and is very compassionate. He goes above and beyond for his customers and gets the answers needed. He stays on top of things and never lets things fall by the wayside. You don’t always find that in a business. Public storage has an absolute asset in Bruce and they should award him in some way because he really is a great manager! What a team player a round of applause for Bruce!! For real!!”

“Holy cow!!! Where do I start? I've been renting a few storage units from James for the last 6 years. I can tell you that when I first met him, I was completely blown away by his passion for wanting to help me with my needs. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. James was prompt to offer me simple solutions to what I thought was a complex problem. We walked around looking at a few different storage sizes. James quickly and efficiently rented me the storage units and here we are 6 years later and I still have them. Thank you!! All in all, I would give him 10 stars but they limit the review to 5. If you want to be treated with respect like you deserve, go see James, you won't be disappointed.”

“I have met two people who work here and the owner and all were as nice as can be. My first storage area had a small water infiltration on the floor which is just a reminder that these are not Fort Knox. You have to expect a first floor cement floor with a garage door to have a potential for it being damp. Place your boxes on shelving or pallets to be safe. Cardboard loves to absorb water. So better yet use plastic totes! I did move to a larger unit which was in the climate controlled building as I needed there to be no humidity for what I was storing. When I first rented there were none available so I took what I could get. Very happy they were able to accommodate me in the end!
N. B. : This review originally got posted under Eastern Ave storage where I rented trucks and vans but never had rented their storage units. Due to having visited both addresses on the same day I thought the review was for this stoage.”

“Not as hard as I thought I dropped my empty in door 6 had to blindside but I got lucky because I didn’t have a trailer on the other side. On the weekends there’s not a security guard like they say the downhill is not where you enter. You have to go back out onto street turn left and go to the back put in code provided by your company!”
“We worked with Bill at CubeSmart in Salem. He helped us to determine the properly sized storage unit for what we were storing (multiple pieces of medium to large furniture). Bill showed us multiple units in different locations and explained how easy or challenging it could be to access our belongings. Bill was never pushy, he never tried to upsell us, explained all of the CubeSmart policies, he had a great attitude and even made me and my wife laugh. What more could you want from a storage rental experience. Big thumbs up!”
“Jonah was exceptional throughout my rental; his knowledge, kindness, experience, and professional demeanor is the reason my experience was seamless and superb. Jonah recommended a storage unit in which to place my belongings and I decided to follow his advice. He showed three different dimensions and explained the access to the storage clearly and succinctly. Jonah is a gentleman; he offered me water during my unloading and brought a lock to me prior to my departure.
