“Holy cow!!! Where do I start? I've been renting a few storage units from James for the last 6 years. I can tell you that when I first met him, I was completely blown away by his passion for wanting to help me with my needs. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. James was prompt to offer me simple solutions to what I thought was a complex problem. We walked around looking at a few different storage sizes. James quickly and efficiently rented me the storage units and here we are 6 years later and I still have them. Thank you!! All in all, I would give him 10 stars but they limit the review to 5. If you want to be treated with respect like you deserve, go see James, you won't be disappointed.”

“Will & Jason were awesome! It was a difficult move to a 3rd floor apartment. It was a partial winding staircase & they handled it like champions ? I would absolutely use Trowt again ?Moving these days is expensive. If you're moving, you should note that moving companies charge from when the truck leaves their dock to when it returns. I have no idea why they charge for their travel time, but they do.”

“Absolute gem of a place for all your boating needs. I rented a Hobie kayak (off site) and Mary Ellen met me at the shop at a time that was convenient for me. She helped me secure the kayak to the top of the car, so now I know how to transport kayaks. I found that the system she used to install kayaks on the roof of cars is idiot proof, and the kayak is securely fastened to the top of the car to avoid liability. I also found that any guy could lift a kayak and install it the the roof of a car solo (it's not that heavy), however hauling the kayak fewer for more than 5 feet I recommend two people. I refuse to rent anywhere else, and I look forward to renting from Little Harbor Boathouse again.”
