“Needed to store a car in a pinch, istorage was extremely helpful in doing so. The process to was easy & simple and the staff was helpful with whatever questions i have. Great service and good people”
“They made everything extremely easy. There was always someone available to help and when you weren't there they did an amazing job watching over your storage space. They call immediately if anything appears out of place. I didn't lock up properly and they caught that right away and called me. Really a 5 star experience with these guys. Highly recommend. And you are paying for quality not some slum lord style storage space. They are kind, honest and really try to make you happy.”
“Huge thank you to Baron at Ryder for his outstanding help after we were in an accident with a Ryder truck we rented. He truly went above and beyond to turn a very stressful situation into a manageable one. Baron helped us quickly get another rental, helped with the tow, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. His professionalism, calm attitude, and willingness to help made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for his support and excellent customer service!”

“Great experience renting a U-Haul from Horus Energy in Lynn, MA. The customer service was excellent—very professional and helpful. The vehicle was very clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this location.”
“Great experience I did the online rental when I got to the Saugus store. The truck was ready to go. The gentleman that helped me out was informative and it was flawless. I was in and out within two minutes brought the truck back. I was out of the parking lot in one minute, couldn’t be happier great experience.”
“Anthony and the team at the Danvers U-Haul could not be nicer or more helpful. This is a busy, high-volume location, but the place is always clean and efficient, and everyone goes out of their way to help.
I’ve been in and out of this store over the past two months and have seen customers come in stressed and angry and treat the staff poorly. Twice I watched these employees calmly de-escalate the situation and stay professional through it. They truly do their best for every customer.
Do yourself a favor and go here. These are good, humble people who work hard and treat you right. Highly recommend.”
“Your manager in Lynn is EXCEPTIONAL! I have had several reservations with the Lynn facility and EVERY time , the manager is professional, organized and gracious! I have rented from Saugus, Peabody and Chelsea but will only to Lynn because the manager always goes above and beyond! I am 63 and a business owner , this woman is the epitome of a company representative! This woman deserves national recognition and I am NOT kidding”

“Jonah was exceptional throughout my rental; his knowledge, kindness, experience, and professional demeanor is the reason my experience was seamless and superb. Jonah recommended a storage unit in which to place my belongings and I decided to follow his advice. He showed three different dimensions and explained the access to the storage clearly and succinctly. Jonah is a gentleman; he offered me water during my unloading and brought a lock to me prior to my departure. The ease with which I was able to pick up the rental van, unload, and then secure my items was made much easier as a result of Jonah's knowledge, enthusiasm for the services offered, and his genuine desire to help people. He clearly loves working for UHaul, and I trust UHaul has recognized just how much Jonah dedicates to his customers in every conceivable way.. He is an outstanding representative of your business and has made my impressions of UHaulvery favorable. I will recommend the Jefferson Avenue location to everyone who needs storage or transport services. Big thanks!”
