I came into this particular location today to cash a refund check for a deposit that I made for a car that I planned on leasing.. Check that was issued by Honda of Boston. I felt like I had to jump through hoops to get this check cashed, including embarrassment in from of other customers and I also felt like I was discriminated against.. Steve the manager made me feel this way, and because of that, I will never patronize this particular establishment, and I recommend anyone else that does not want to have the same interaction, not to either!!

Went in and andrea was on her phone when i approached her to cash a check instead of talking to me she wanna continue her phone call im the only one in the shop then tells me she cant cash my check because she rather not help with customer service she rather talk on the phone at work horrible service wish i coulda rated them a zero star been this location 20 times and no one was ever this rude or didnt wanna do there job
