“Love their service, especially the vacuuming and floor pad service they do just before the car goes through the wash. Slight piece of feedback - they used to have a menu attached to the tablet that the guy would have, but this time he just asked us what we wanted with no menu available and he couldn't really explain well what the options were. Kinda bad customer experience, and having a visible menu does wonders to avoid miscommunication and poor service. Even when we looked at the placards by the service window (where we used to check in and pay years and years ago), it only had options for deep detailing and membership. Not sure if you all are in the middle of waiting for new large signs to hang on your vacuuming infrastructure, but make it easy for us to decide while we wait or hanging right off the tablet when we put down our car window.
