Sasha been a Banfield for almost 8 years. Thanks for taking care of my fur baby. I used to take her to Cambridge location but location close so we decided to visit the Everett location. Vet and staff are very friendly and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My cat just got her spay done and I’ve been to the ER twice, lost $600, and when I took her here after the ER visit they told me she is fine, which she isn’t because her sutures are completely open and I need her to be restitched. Do not bring your cat here for a spay job go anywhere else. My cat is hurt and she is in need of urgent care DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE

Banfield knows cats. This is my fourth shelter cat with Banfield, and I can honestly say that the medical team/diagnostic protocols help them grow to a ripe old age. The team at Banfield handles the cats with skill, and cat aptitude.

Just had a great first appointment with my puppy, Winnie! I have been using Banfield for 16 years now, at several locations. Everett was our original location! Due to reduced hours, unfortunately Everett no longer worked for us. We were elated to find out they are open 6 days a week again! It was also great to see familiar faces still working there!

My puppy isn't given anyone a hard time lol the doctor explains everything thurly I love ❤️ that if I have what I think is the weirdest question they say ask away I'm comfortable with them the ladies at the front desk so helpful 😀 thank you for being so loving to baby Daisy

Banfield served as the veterinarian with their insurance plan for most of the 18 year life of our much loved dog who just passed. They helped us through all the joyous days, a few emergencies, much preventive care, and through the difficult end. Dr. Richmond is great which is not to detract from earlier vets. And the support staff have always been true dog people.

I absolutely love Banfield and will never use anyone else. Z was amazing and the Dr too. They both listened to my concerns and her habits and did such a job as always. I actually called and PetSmart said there was no more Banfield. Unfortunately I went to a different vet who sucked. He came in the room, no introducing himself and he had a stick in her ass before I noticed. This was Malden Animal Hospital and I will never return we actually walked right out after I saw he shoved a stick in my reacues first visit to the vet. Never again. Because I went the only thing I used them for was the heart guard. Thank God I called back to PetSmart Everett and said can you tell me if Banfield shut down or if they just aren't located in the store anymore. She replied of course we still have Banfield in our store and I swear I started crying. So we went yesterday with our free first visit coupon to get to know each other and have her toenails cut and 3 year rabies shot. I'm not exaggerating, they are amazing. Before doing anything (plus no stick up her ass!) we talked for a good amount of time so I got to know them, Rose petal was very comfy with them and they really listen. I highly recommend it here because they are awesome and gentle and really care about your pet. So I can't say enough good things about them and I give them a 20 out of 10 stars. Also very affordable and don't pressure you to get anything you don't need. I love Banfield Everett and you will too if you go there. Everyone was 👍 awesome and even my Rosie didn't want to leave which is totally unlike her! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed at especially they offer a free flrst visit coupon to all meet each other and address any concerns. I'm really q customer, I know it sounds like I own Banfield and I'm making a fake review for business

zaida was great! she made me very comfortable with my dog and informed me on every little thing that i was confused about, she is very motivated and strives to make patients comfortable and seems to love her job! even my dog loves her!! great to meet her and can’t wait to come back.
