The store has pretty much anything electronic, from cables to TVs and home entertainment. Employees are helpful and friendly, and they will point to the area where you need to look. You can ask and they will bring you to an item or the right direction. The merchandise display could improve and a discount section would be good. The gaming section often has items out of stock and could use more attention. The cashier was wicked friendly and helpful. The sign color contrast is great for people with poor vision. Some salespeople are poorly trained and do not guide consumers well, and more cost for assembly. Overall the experience is good but the store often felt like it is going out of business.
They didn't have what I was looking for (honestly didn't expect they would) but I asked a Best Buy employee where it could possibly be and he brought me over and helped me look for it. So the employees are definitely helpful, or at least the one I asked was

Ordered a bunch of TVs online for my job. Went to the pickup counter, they had them ready. They helped me load them into my truck. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. No complaints.
