It looked like it was going out of business. Not the same. Improve merchandise display and set up a discount section. Employees are just there. Teach employees to sell. Again the store looked and felt going out of business.

They have pretty much anything electronic, from cables to TVs and home entertainment. The gaming section could use more attention since some items are often out of stock, but overall a good experience with helpful employees.

Paid almost $1000 for a 65 inch tv to be delivered and installed on February 6th They did not show up told me all they could do was reschedule for February 11th I asked to cancel the order I was told I couldn't cancel or get a refund So who knows if they'll show up 2 days after the super bowl. Seriously telling everyone how horrible this store is

I purchased an open-box TV along with a 5-year Geek Squad protection plan, but the TV was defective upon opening (when plugged in and turned on the screen displayed a green screen with flashes of white light). Best Buy insisted that Geek Squad inspect the TV before allowing a return, despite my preference to exchange it immediately. After inspection, Geek Squad simply advised me to return the TV, as I had originally requested.
When I contacted Best Buy customer service, they refused to refund the Geek Squad protection plan, claiming I had “used” it—even though I was forced to do so due to their return policy. The process was unnecessarily lengthy, requiring multiple conversations with managers and representatives, with little assistance provided. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to receive a refund for the protection plan. Given this experience, I will not be shopping at this Best Buy again.

Wanted the OnePlus 13, they didn’t have it in stock. Very disappointing. I’m excited to buy and feel depressed leaving the store empty handed. Will not visit this store on a whim ever again it seems they are always bound to have stock issues

My in-store experience was just fine. It was the parking lot that was sketchy. The entire back half of the parking lot is dark despite the presence of numerous light poles. If that wasn't bad enough, there are at least 5 different cars with no license plate. I called the police non- emergency line, and they said there's nothing they can do because it's private property. Not a very comfortable experience for a parent with two young kids. Very sketchy. I will not be returning.

Waited for customer service representative in TV department for 25 minutes. Half empty store with many associates just walking around. Worst service ever.
