Employees stole my designer clothes twice. & Lost my clothes and told me i never dropped them off. then Told me i picked up my clothes when i never did. So unprofessional.

Seems like all the reviews from a couple years ago have been more positive but this place must've gone downhill recently. The people that work here rush you out at night so they can leave early, they left before 830 tonight because when I got there to get my clothes the place was locked and the lights were off. The door says your open until 9, their Google info says they're open until 9, God forbid they do their job and sit there until they're done getting paid. The ignorance is real, it happens at least 4/5 out of the 7 nights a week. Get new employees that want to work your open hours so it doesn't make your business look bad. I would tell the owner how I feel if it wasn't like pulling teeth to get in touch with him. ?

I am just flabbergasted with the management and the place itself,the person working in the front doesn't even know how to fix the machines and is very rude I also heard that someone was having problems with the coin machine and the prices are just so expensive

I'm just saying the staff have to be some of the rudest people like I put coins in the machine 20 dollars and it only gave me 5 dollars I told the staff member and they said I can't do anything and gave me sass for no reason I do not recommend

The staff that works in this laundry doesn't know anything about how to fix a machine. When it doesn't work, the machines don't print well and they don't want to refund your money or put them back to work. You have to pay for the service again.

I'm all set with this place ! A few months ago I picked up a comforter and it was returned to me damp!!!I thought: ok ..stuff happens ...ill give them another chance since its in walking distance of my homeI picked up a comforter the other day and not only was the receipt incorrect but when I got the comforter home , it STILL had cat hair all over it !! When I laundered it at my home , I was thunderstruck by how much cat hair appeared on the dryer sheet !Conclusion: my comforter was NOT properly laundered for the second time at that facility and I won't be back ( and neither should you)!

this place is the worst laundry mat i’ve ever encountered. not only is there black mold in their machines, but the rude, unprofessional staff also takes it upon themselves to take your stuff in and out of the washer and dryer. I will absolutely never be back here and don’t recommend coming here by any means

Go there all the time and it's a great place, but today I went and all the small washer weren't working? Seriously So I had to use a big washer and that cost $6.00 as opposed to $4.50, and I was lucky because that was the last one if I didn't get that washer then I would have had to use the really expensive ones. Now this just happened as I was sitting next to the washing machine One of the owners came in and empty out the machine. And change the price it was 24 quarter's now it's 25 quarter's your got to be kidding me

They charge extra for hot water but don't actually have any hot water. Furthermore, they refuse to put up a sign letting their customers know about it, even when advised that it is the correct thing to do. They don't want to lose business by being honest. Avoid if possible.

The hours online and on the door state they close at 9:00 PM, but they refused to let me dry (not wash and dry) 1 load at 8:25.

They are unprofessional. They state last wash is at 8pm but just know if you have to dry they will not let you due to the fact the woman that closes lives in Eastboston!I wish they told me that when I ask them if I can wash and dry at 8pm!
