“While I love Market Street, there aren’t many toddler-friendly stores. Enter Carhartt, a brand I was familiar with but seldom shopped. Now, it’s a must-visit every time my family and I go to Market Street.
Why? The staff have gone above and beyond to bring joy to my son. When he started to walk, they offered him stickers from a random sticker book someone had behind the cash wrap. This turned into them ordering special stickers for him (and other children now benefit too). He has befriended the entire staff, so much so that if we pass by the store, he asks to go in and see Meg, who started the friendship. She, along with Harry, Max, Sophie, Ryan, etc., have made my son smile from ear to ear. And, because we know how friendly and wonderful they are to him, my husband and I have expanded our wardrobe to include far more many Carhartt pieces.
If all Carhartt stores had the Lynnfield staff, I can only imagine the additional revenue and incredible customer experiences you’d provide.

“I went to this Old Navy location on Monday when they had the 50% discount with their credit card. I hadn't been to this store in awhile, I have shopped at other stores. The customer service was A+. I was approached by a Manager shortly after I entered and she helped me find pants. I was also helped by another sales associate on the floor.
The woman at checkout was friendly and helpful. I will be going back there soon.”
“I’ve been buying all of my baby/children’s gifts at Tadpole since moving to Boston 10 years ago. This store has such a variety of beautiful and unusual products at all price points that I always find something that I think is the perfect gift. The salespeople are beyond pleasant—personable and EXTREMELY helpful altho I can be very, very fussy/choosy! They are very patient and take time with every customer. And they wrap and mail gifts very quickly. I wouldn’t buy baby/children’s gifts anywhere else! A+ experience each and every time!”
“Wonderful customer service and a wide selection of items. I was specifically looking for a special Jellycat that was rereleased and the shipping was super fast even though I essentially live across the country from them. Really good price too and included free shipping! When there was issues with my address, they made sure to reach out and correct it before shipping so I had no issues with shipment. Overall a wonderful experience, I would definitely buy from here again :) Also I just had to share this pic, they wrapped him up so cute and it honestly made my day to open and see him packaged with such care.
