It is full to the brim with treasures - the most beautiful children’s clothing and thoughtfully curated selection toys that you can enjoy in your home and make the most magical gifts. Everything I have purchased there is treasured by me and my children. The owner and her mother who work together there are a dream and such a pleasure to shop with, they have helped me on countless occasions. ❤️❤️❤️”
“My last two visits to this specific location were unexpectedly excellent. Both visits, I had some items to return. The first visit, a gentleman helped me navigate the return, and updated my account, on the fly. He was busy helping other associates, but seamlessly, and with a surprising level of upbeat-ness, soldiered on! My second visit, I had returns for both myself and my wife, who was not with me. I was concerned that this would make the process a nightmare. But the woman who helped me, was professional, and knew exactly how to sort out my transaction. She was handing me the receipt and running down what she did with my transactions before I could compute what just happened. She realized I was confused, and broke down the two returns from two different accounts, so I understood how she completed my transactions. I don't know what is going on at this location, but the professionalism and overall quality of customer-first customer service was excellent!”
“They were having a great sale when I came in to grab uniform items for my son. I was able to get a short sleeve polo for free since I was buying a long sleeve shirt and pants anyways, and since I spent over $60 I got an additional $20 off, which was a lovely surprise. Associate Annie was very helpful and made sure to point out which items were on sale and that I could get a third item for free since I was already buying two.”

Came here for a fitten shirt and tuxedo adjustments initially and had a good experience. Lost a button on said tuxedo and they were able to match the button without replacing! I've been going here for many years & get so many compliments on my outfits. They have unique jewelry; scarves; etc. to mix & match w/outfits. The material; quality & designer is A+; & will last a lifetime. I buy my Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter clothes here; and, wouldn't shop elsewhere. They have a rack outside for $6.00 as well as 50% markdowns, etc. inside the store.”

“Reliable and affordable spot for cute clothes for little ones. The quality is very nice and holds up well enough to be passed down to younger friends or siblings if they've got 'em. I wish there were fewer super-gendered graphic designs, but as things are, everything is brightly colored and appealing and my son loves it (and every once in a while, one of those graphic items will be so adorable that it's heartbreaking to give it up when your kid grows out of it). Even if nothing here otherwise appeals to you, the fleece drawstring pants are the best and warmest thing your kiddo can wear in the winter, and are always worth stocking up on. A lot of other baby clothes shops at a lower price point than this do not have clothes with as nice of a fabric or as sturdy of a seaming as Carter's, and Carter's is not expensive in the first place. So anyway - solid shop, nice and patient customer service, non-annoying traffic nearby. Kind of a no-brainer if you have little ones or are shopping for someone else's.”
“I’ve done many online returns here and generally have had decent interactions with the cashiers. They never act annoyed with me for doing a return, which is sad to say has been normalized behavior at many other retail stores. Great job ON for continuing to hire store workers who can get the job done quickly and efficiently without attitude!”
