If I could give this place no stars I would. Had them work on 2 of my cars at the same time. One got an oil change and the other a brake job. The oil was filled with something that burned out and created a huge problem. Second was the brakes and I have to say this is the nightmare of this review. This could have cost my LIFE and the Life of my car. They did a hack job, put damaged brakes on my car. Now I am having to pay over 600.00 to have them repaired and corrected. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I recently had a break job done at this place and it almost cost me my life!!!! They did a shoddy job (God knows what they really did to my breaks) and it ended up ruining my brake system altogether, and now I have to pay over $600 to fix a problem that THEY created !!! They almost killed me !!! On top of that, they are rude, disrespectful and dishonest!!! That may fly in other countries, but not here!! Hope they have a good lawyer because they don’t know what’s coming to them. RUN FROM THIS PLACE !!! RUN !!!

As other reviewers have stated - STAY AWAY!! I would give this place negative stars if I could. My car was making a weird squeaking noise and they said I had to replace the belt tensioner, okay fine. After a week the noise came back, and I brought it in again, and this time he said it was another issue with another part of the car. At this point I was a little skeptical and brought it for a second opinion at another reputable mechanic and they said the tensioner was all rusted and that they probably never even replaced it the first time!! Went back to Pro Tech and spoke with the owner on the phone, and he just told me that there was nothing he could do and that I should go back to the other mechanic to get it fixed. Then he rudely told me to never call him again about my car and hung up. These people will rip you off and you will end up spending more money to get something fixed because they never properly did in the first place. Please do not come here.

I have been going to Pro-Tech Auto for almost 3 years since moving to the area from Framingham, Ma. Great service! I have had my car inspections done here, routine oil changes, repair of both front and back breaks as well as minor tire repair...All usually done with no prior appointment! Carlos is excellent! I will continue to be a customer of Pro-Tech Auto!

Don't go here for an inspection sticker as a woman. I was told 3 lights on my car were not working. The first one was part of a headlight completely replaced less than a few months ago by a well-respected body shop (major front end repair that cost over $1000). The places the guy pointed to aren't supposed to light up! They're just reflectors. When I pointed out the very recent headlight repair, he stated that he was going to fail my inspection. The price to "repair" the lights was conveniently almost exactly what I'd have to pay to get someone else to do a second inspection. We exchanged a look that made it clear we both knew exactly what was going on. Also... those stupid reflectors still don't light up!

my car only uses super gas I put their super gas in and check engine light came on means there super is not super I go to another gas station put super and check engine light goes off they rip people off!!

Don't go here especially if you're a woman! They will over charge you. Went there to get one thing fixed and got my car back with another issue which they caused and wanted me to pay for something they broke!! They don't even deserve one star!

Do not go here - you'll see the same experience I had in other reviews below, I just didn't look them up on yelp prior to an August inspection - new car, what could be the problem... Will tell you whatever they need to to make a buck. Will be returning to my trusted mechanic that's a bit of a drive away.

Very nice staff and fair prices. What everyone has to understand is that you aren't just paying for a new light bulb or wipers, the labor to change those items is also what you are paying for. Higly recomend them for anyone to get gas, maintenence and an inspection!
