Many thanks to Kelly at Eagle Bank on Ferry St. Always nice to be greeted by name, it's amazing that she remembered me even though she hasn't seen me in several months. I went to the bank yesterday to get a form notarized. Due to some legalities, they were not able to complete the form. Instead, Kelly was able to type up a letter and have it notarized for me. I highly recommend Eagle Bank. AAA .aespecially

I am finally done with this bank. I have had issues yearly with them. The last straw was depositing money on a Saturday when their systems were down due to a “third party error” . I was told by Monday it would be resolved. Monday came and went I called several times with no answer or call back. I had to physically go to a branch to get an answer. I was told it would be resolved by the following day. It is now two days since then with no resolution. I am an attorney and small business owner. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. This is unacceptable and the lack of communication is appalling.

I don't give 5 stars to often, it really has to be up to par for me to give 5 stars, and Eagle Bank is up to par 100%. They take care of there customers and get to know you, in time by name.They have an easy banking app online makes banking with Eagle easier, but you always have a person to talk to , about ATM , about loans about anything, I have been an Eagle Bank customer for more than 20 years and I wouldn't have it any other way, with any other bank.

Have a substantial money market account and a small savings account. The money market has lower interest than other banks. The kicker is when I tried to use ATM at their main branch 350 main st, it tried to charge me $3.50, it was a card from my other bank. I used it quite a few times at 299 Ferry st, and there was no problem. They told me I could link my money market acct. to their card, or my $115 savings acct. My money market is not a checking account, and it exceeds $83,000 dollars. I hate this place, but I have a safety deposit box here, which they blackmailed me to open an account here back in 2014. That safety deposit box has been in my family since circa 1913! I am going to move things to another bank as soon as possible. They also have crappy hours, close everyday at 4:00, no late nights.

Been going to this bank for over 7 years ( as soon as I got a job) I went to the one on Salem street initially. However this branch is absolutely ridiculous made a special trip to stop a transfer, they continued the transfer, they constantly put my account in the negative when doing so and I'm expected to pay a fee. I'm going to cancel my accounts with them.

Dec. 2017 - Called the main telephone number to reach the Ferry St. branch for 4 days straight to speak with customer service and never made contact with a representative; just a voice mail stating I was 'next in line' to be answered and after approximately 4 minutes advised (as it continually did so throughout the 4 minute wait) to leave my name and number for a call back.....apparently the ONLY way to speak with a representative. I'd expect to be able to reach customer service with a phone call....but no, this wasn't happening. In addition, the Ferry St. direct telephone number listed online doesn't answer and doesn't provide a voice mail; just continuous ringing of yet another unanswered phone call.

Nobody answers the phone especially on Saturday it takes way to long to get a replacement debit card, I think it's two weeks. Angela is the best person there solving problems.

On Saturday the 13th I inserted my ATM card into the Eagle Bank ATM withdrawing $40 I got my money but my card was withheld within the machine therefore I could not get my cad back till Monday when I went to go get my car back they shredded my card I then had to pay a service fee of $20 from my bank that was never compensated by Eagle Bank both Heather etterneck vice President CRA or Juan Lopez banking manager were not able to help me with the issue instead told me there was nothing they can do I highly don't recommend anyone to use the ATM on 299 ferry street Everett
