Got my car ‘fixed’ here multiple times only for another issue to happen right after the work was completed. Brought it to a shop I had been using previously and they found parts put in wrong and backwards. Everett Transmission has lost my trust.

I had a fantastic experience at Everett Transmission & Auto Repair. I received assistance from Antonio for my 100k maintenance and he answered every question I had regarding pricing with different parts, and labor costs. Additionally, they got my car back to me in the same day! I will definitely be coming back here.

This isn’t a good place to repair, I don’t suggest. I drop my car on friday and he is supposed to finished it on monday, but he didn’t even update so I call him on monday and ask him is my car ready? He said no, it takes time wednesday will be ready. But he call me on tuesday and say it takes time. We have a deal $600 to fix my car but he call me and said $850. So I bring my car back. Never go to this place. Crazy 😡😡

Call about an issue with my car. It wouldn't run after taking to car wash and washing engine. Person over phone was helpful and tried to help solve problem. They seem to know what they're doing and care about the work. Was able to fix problem after trouble shooting over phone. Would highly recommend.

I was buying a new car and needed a mechanic to take a look at it. Roberto gave it a thorough inspection and was very detailed with his report. He is clearly very knowledgeable and was great to work with.

I spent over $1200 here trying to get a relatively straightforward repair done (I had to tow it back several times because the repair repeatedly failed). Each time I towed it back they found something else wrong with my car. Last time I picked it up, as I was driving it home, my engine began overheating. Turns out my radiator was broken. It’s almost as if these guys were deliberately breaking stuff in my car. I decided to stop bringing my car back to them and took it to my regular mechanic who found a bunch of other problems.
I ended up junking the damn car, after spending $1200+ with these trying to get a simple repair done. It was a huge mistake bringing my car here in the first place. Stay away!

I reached out to them about swapping my car's transmission valve body. I have a pre-programmed Ream Man valve body ready to go. The guy I spoke with stated: "it could be a problem. we don't want to do it". I am a bit confused why a transmission shop will refuse to swap a transmission valve body because "it could be a problem?". I'd be very hesitant to send a car to a transmission shop that doesn't have the skillset to swap a valve body. If you go on YouTube, non-mechanics are doing valve body swaps on their driveway.

I just had some minor work done on my car here and the bill was very unreasonable considering the services that were rendered; and that’s after I complained and received a *discount.
*They tried charging me $80 to swap out a battery and plug one leaking tire. We settled @ $51 but i felt like I was being overcharged.
The lead mechanic complained that, because they were understaffed, they could not dedicate any more time to my vehicle which requires a full electric diagnostic check. (Some things are not receiving any power such as the passenger-side window and the rear door/hatch.)
I left my car there overnight and walked 20 minutes home to my apartment. Then I walked back there today to pick it up because I will need to drive to work tomorrow. I thought they had plenty of time to check the vehicle over to find the problem and fix it. They had roughly 24 hours.
FYI - The last new battery [that I had recently installed myself from AutoZone a few months back] was inferior, so Everett T&AR assisted me with replacing it. They also plugged one of my tires that had a nail in it (and a slow leak) but I just now realized I was charged for 2 tire plugs. I wish I had realized it at the shop because the mechanic and I were bickering about what I was getting charged for and we had to come to an agreement.
In the end, I was over-charged for a tire plug that I was charged $25 for. I’m not happy and not gonna bother calling them again to fight some more because we already reconciled at a lower price that seemed troublesome for them. I’m over it, I’ll just never go back or refer anyone there. Their loss because I would have brought them some more business for myself and my circle of connections nearby.
