I had such a great experience at this storage location thanks to junior. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. He answered all my questions with patience, explained the options clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so kind and genuinely helpful these days, and their customer service truly stood out.

Every experience that I’ve had talking to the office people specifically has been so helpful. They’ve answered all my questions it have been so nice. Also, the facility here is great. It’s always clean kind of ghost towny, but I’ve never had any issues here and for it being right outside of Boston, they are great cheap rates. Highly recommend.
