The manager of this location, Lauren, is amazing. She went so far above and beyond to help me as a new customer that I had to write this review.
I’ve been using Public Storage in the same city and their customer service has been terrible for years. Lauren was responsive, kind and positive. She is a gem.
Thank you Lauren I plan to be a long time customer and close my account at Public Storage and use only your facility going forward.
