I was really disappointed to find out that this store doesn’t let customers use their restroom. I was shopping and needed to go, but was told I couldn’t use it. Honestly, if I’m spending my money somewhere, the least they could do is offer basic things like a restroom. Not a great experience, and it definitely makes me less likely to shop here again.

I’m pregnant and I asked for the bathroom and it was an emergency but they didn’t let me go in. There are 2 bathrooms but any for customers

1 person at checkout helping another customer, who also needed balloons blown up. Waited 10 minutes for another associate to come check me out and she walked right by me and helped the next person in line, completely ignoring me.
Because the manager was at lunch, I had to go and come back to speak with her.
The manager gave me Corporates number and have yet to get a call back. Not surprised the way they treat their customers.

Worst experience ever I’ve been here before and staff was always helpful clearly the new people that got hired idk how they did but five below standards are way down they don’t help or say anything stood in the line for about 20 minutes the lady saw me and didn’t tell me there’s was a register open instead I had to ask and she didn’t even look or acknowledge me it’s going uncomfortable!!!!! I’ll make sure I put this on my social media with about half million followers !
