Overall, I shop here a lot and love it.. I usually get great cs from guys like Anderson, Joshua,+++ but there are some reps who go out of their way being rude and downright unprofessional. One guy, Robb, I have noticed refers to himself as a manager yet clearly doesn’t behave or speak like one. Condescending temperament and horrible cs, coupled with poor knowledge of HD practices

I had an outstanding experience in the paint department, thanks to Kate. She went above and beyond to assist me, offering knowledgeable advice and helping me find exactly what I needed. Her friendly and patient attitude made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such exceptional customer service, and Kate truly made my visit a positive one. Thank you for your help Kate with the brown oil paint for the bannister!

The "techs" flooded the apartment and then didn't put the washing machine back in correctly so now we have no working washing machine and will likely end up with mold and mildew in the apartment which I am severely allergic too. Oh and they couldn't even do what they came here for which was install a new washer dryer. They put me on hold multiple times and keep passing me around to different departments but nothing is getting fixed and I need clean clothes for Wednesday and have no working washer dryer. I don't get PTO and gave up 2 entire days of work because they require a full day's availability and all they did was create more problems, not install the new washer/dryer, and result in us have NO working washer dryer.

Looking at all the comments about employees not being too helpful, I have to agree to a certain extent. But I’ve had times where the service provided was great too. Imo, the place is pretty good. I’ve found most of the items I needed when visiting the store. Their Fasteners section was a little bleak though (machine screws). They do have a key copy machine that’s self-service. It was working very well when I last used it on 12/03/24.

Sell terrible appliances GE sell as hot point. If I knew I would never had bought but wasn’t told by salesperson. I am going to Lowe’s for my appliance purchase from now on

Yikes, this place is disaster. Went in to buy some bedroom shades. Nobody available to help in the shade section, and apparently the only guy who could cut the shade to my measurements was on a lunch break. One employee tried to help but was clueless how to measure and cut the shade. What a debacle. Avoid this branch at all costs, it's a disaster.
