If I could give less than one star I would. Laundry attendant yelled at me that I was getting too many quarters ($20) after she followed me around to see what washers I used. while I was not the only person there at the time I was the only person she chose to follow. Then when I tried to explain I had more loads she continued to yell at me. Very very rude

Horrible service, The lady there is so rude claiming we were robbing quarters. Watching us the moment we came in. She doesn’t deserve to work there, very entitled.

Semi dated machines.
$5.50 for a small washing machine
$8.50-9.00 for a medium machine
¢.25 per 5 minutes on the dryer.
These prices are outrageous to do your laundry.

This laundromat is filthy dirty. All the machines was dirty and the staff is rude. I will never go back to this place.

Clothes were stained 2 times over 6 months using the machines here, multiple shirts with large stains unable to be removed/dyed over, multiple shirts with ink stains unable to be removed

If I’m not driving, I would walk to this laundry mat to do a small load of laundry the price for the machine is on the expensive side, and some of there dryers don’t work properly my clothes were still damp, but with the natural instinct you would tell yourself to get more changed to dry your clothes cause a quarter is 6 minutes to dry your laundry personally it should be a quarter = 8-10 minutes but I get it your a local business you need some sort of income, but at least have good character and good customer service cause it’s slacking. Step one if a customer wants to get extra change let them don’t harassed them and point to the sign saying for customers only it’s rude why else would I be here if I need extra change let me get it cause your dryers don’t function properly like your character. You would know who I am talking about, his shoes look like he’s going to ride a bull. Other than that the female is nice and she minds her business and let the customers do there laundry in peace without someone breathing on your neck. From now on I decided to drive to the laundry Mat in Malden Neptune is good.
