Kloud King Smoke Shop is highly praised for its wide selection of products and excellent customer service. Customers appreciate that the store is a one-stop shop, offering everything from basic bongs starting around $25 to custom sculpture-like glass pieces costing over $100. One reviewer highlighted a great budget-friendly find—a $35 mini-rig with a golden tint and a flower-shaped bowl—that works perfectly and has become a favorite. The staff, especially TJ, is known for being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure customers find the right products and understand their choices. TJ takes the time to explain differences between products like salts and juices and ensures customers feel comfortable and confident in their purchases. Many customers mention that they felt welcomed and not pressured, which is rare in other stores around Massachusetts. The shop is also recognized for offering the best prices in the area compared to nearby places like Malden and Everett. Overall, Kloud King Smoke Shop is celebrated for its top-notch selection, good prices, and friendly, helpful staff, making it a highly recommended destination for anyone looking for smoke or vaping products.
