My friend is a metro user and went to this location to get help with a new phone she bought in Haverhill they told her she had to pay $30 to get help for a brand new phone that wasn’t set up at the Haverhill location you can’t charge old people like that when they liv ona fixed income I’m telling everybody not to go to metro and especially the Medford and seabrook locations do better

I had the worst experience at this store. I went in for a number portability from AT&T after seeing on the Metro by T-Mobile website that I could get an iPhone 13 when I switched. During the purchase, I asked the employee why my total was $170, and she told me it covered the device, tax, activation fee, and first month’s plan. However, when I asked for my receipt (which she didn’t offer), I noticed she had added a $31 wall charger without my consent. When I questioned her, she claimed it was part of a ‘promotion.’ What kind of promotion forces customers to pay for something they never asked for?
I then requested to speak with the manager, but she refused. When I asked for her name, she also refused to provide it. On top of that, she initially declined to give me a refund for the unauthorized charge, only doing so after I said I would call the police.
Outside the store, I contacted Metro by T-Mobile customer service, and the agent asked me to go back inside so they could speak with her. She refused to talk to the agent. The agent also informed me that she had added a $12 insurance plan to my line without my consent. I immediately filed a complaint because I believe this store is deceiving other customers the same way.
I will never return to this location, and I hope Metro by T-Mobile takes action to change how this store conducts business.”

Very bad service, I bought a cell phone and they gave me a cell phone without a line, I went there 5 times for them to fix it and they still fought with me.

If I can put 0 stars I would. Everytime I come here they want more money for a phone while it's online for one price and in store THE SAME PRICE!!!! . they add lines on your plan without your knowledge.no wonder this store is apparently #1 cause all they do is scam people..and funny how some people say they love it .....you only love it if you waste your welfare $$ there ..never going there again ...went to another metro and they told me the same ..they have people come to that metro cause they got scammed...... Last time I went there for a new phone at 6 and they told me they don't sell phones after 6....ok? Never heard that before I had metro for 15 years . They give you *free* stuff saying it free but then get you with the actual price ....they need to close this location down or just hire other people from the other store... Definitely having the police involved
