I have never seen such an organized retail store like this one. Also each and every time I shop there customer service is at its all time high. If they don’t have what I want in the store they will order it online and get it sent right to my house. Loyal customer for over 15 years. Old Navy never disappoints me.

Went into the store to return two unused products after 30 days instead of mailing them back since going to the closest store was convenient. Customer service was horrible . The manager was rude. Do yourself the favor and drive 10 more minutes to the location in Saugus or Cambridge . Left the products there because I have no used of them . Useless employees

Don't go to this store!!! They have a %@#%=?% customer service, I asked the lady for the bathroom, my 7 yo daughter wanted to use it, she literally said : bathroom out of order, you can use home depot!!!! Who in the world can say such thing, how dare you!!!!! you're Old Navy, this name is a shame, or at lest the company needs to hire good people. If they don't have in service bathroom, they shouldn't send people to the other brands! What a shame!!!!!!

I always love Old Navy. Three-fourths of my closet is probably from there, and I always love going to the Everett store since it has a good selection. However, last night, my boyfriend and I kept being followed around the store by the same three employees. Anytime we looked over (because we felt like we were being followed), they would do something random, like suddenly needing to grab clothes in our direction (and immediately putting it back when we moved) and playing with a bouncy ball...It was really odd and incredibly uncomfortable. And I don't understand why! Was it his beard? Was it me wearing sweats? We were picking up an online order, my boyfriend was going to try on clothes in the fitting room, and I planned to keep shopping around while he was in the room. After we realized that we were being followed, we returned the order and left the items we were going to buy. I get loss prevention policies, but this was so blatantly obvious and uncomfortable.

This particular old navy is fine, my complaint (which is about the company itself) is that they just quietly took all the plus size out of the store. There's a few pieces scattered here and there but for the last couple years I've been able to consistently go in this location and try on most of the clothes. There are very few brick and mortar stores I can do that and now I've lost old navy. Back to ordering everything online again I guess.
