These guys have always been honest and helpful in repairing our tools. We used them for Ridgid Lifetime Service Agreement for years. Unfortunately Ridgid has cancelled the program with 3rd party shops. Wouldn’t hesitate to go here for any tools or repairs.

I love this place. They unjammed a jammed drill bit from our DEWALT drill. They also provided helpful feedback about how to prevent this from happening again. Much cheaper than getting a new drill! I just wish they were open on weekends or an evening or two. It's difficult to get there if you work a 9-5 Monday-Friday job.
