Updated September 4th, 2024: I called Parkway Cycles and asked for Tony three times over the first two weeks from original post, based on Tony’s reply below. Each time the person who answered the phone said Tony is busy and would take a message to call me back. No call back. Obviously Tony is just replying to reviews to lessen the blow of negative comments, but doesn’t take it seriously.

Probably the worst sales experience I’ve had while looking at a motorcycle or car. Spoke to a sales rep Nicki who was rude from the get go. I called to get a price on a new bike. He kept asking what prices I’d gotten at other dealers without stating his own price. After a bunch of back and forth he blurts out a number. I confirmed what that number included (i.e., fees, shipping, registration, etc.). He confirmed it was the “out the door” price, not including registration and sales tax. He told me he wants to be the last dealer I call, so suggested I call around to see what other prices are out there. I do that. I call back the next day and express I’d like to buy the bike at the quoted price and put down a deposit. He says he needs to call his manager and get back to me. Calls me back 10 minutes later and tries to sell me an older model instead and pulls back on the price he originally quoted. In my confusion, I ask to confirm that the price he gave me the day before was not legitimate, to which he replies “yeah wasn’t I being funny!?”. Very manipulative and insincere sales experience. Won’t be going back.

Scam 1- Got quoted almost 200$ for them to replace air filter and spark plug. Did it myself and it cost 22$.
Scam 2- Told me I needed to replace my "broken" signals for 160$. I replaced them myself for 8$
I can keep going. Its fine to purchase a bike here but DO NOT do service here. There is a great shop in Malden near the bowling alley.
Update: The braindead GM said to bring the bike by for them to check it out (which is how I got the quote in the first place). They just keep telling on themselves how poor the service is here

A Honda dealership that does not know their own factory maintenance schedules!!!
I was charged $400 for an oil change on my 2024 Honda shadow phantom. I asked for the recommended 600 mile maintenance on a Honda, which includes oil change, valve clearance check and cable adjustments. Only an oil change was performed. When I asked about the valve check they said “oh we’re sorry, bring it back and we can do it, but it’s going to cost you” I asked specifically for the 600 mile service and they didn’t do the ONE most important part of it, and had the audacity to up charge me for a service that was suppose to be completed.
3 hours of labor for an oil change and a Visual inspection of components should be illegal. $30 in shop supplies, not oil, not filter, not fluids. I was charged for all of that separately, $30 dollars of misc. shop supplies for an OIL CHANGE.

Came here after struggling with another dealership for over a month to get me the bike I was looking for,salesman Nicky got me the bike overnight, also scheduled my 1rst service for the next day, I highly recommend this place

As a first time moto driver, I had personal interest in scooters, the Ruckus specifically. I let this company know that outright and in less than a week and with high demand they provided with what I desired.
They are par-to-none with knowledge, experience, and care. I was well informed of all aspects of owning a moto. From law to maintenance they make it easy to understand a scooter is a good investment.

Do not shop here. They will never return your calls. The service department is somehow worse than all the other negative reviews say.

I have bought multiple bikes from these guys awesome company Dan the sales rep is the best he makes the process so smooth you can tell the amount of knowledge and experience he has under his belt.The merchandise store is awesome as well I bought a headset for my new helmet and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided to install and make sure everything is to my liking before leaving I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for cool gadgets for there bikes at very reasonable prices and they have sales going on all the time definitely check em out
