The store is huge...Wish the had more of these types of stores around. Theres not many places you can buy decorations or party supply stuff.

I asked if there were changing rooms so we could try sizes on they said no not since covid which is ridiculous because it's going on almost 5 years and of course I shouldn't have asked a male about a girls size and should have went with my mother instinct he told me that this outfit wouldn't fit my 8 year old because it says it fits 8 to 10 year old well it doesn't and I have to go back so I advised mothers to get the next size up my daughter is in her late seventies so hope that helps

Exceptional Customer Service from Drew!
I recently visited Party City with a time-sensitive request to inflate balloons. Initially, another staff member informed me of a 30-minute wait, which wouldn't work for us.
However, Drew stepped in and went above and beyond to assist us! He promptly inflated the balloons, ensuring we met our deadline.
Drew's kindness, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. His actions embody the spirit of excellent customer service.
Thank you, Drew, for saving the day! I highly recommend Party City, especially with staff members like Drew who genuinely care about their customers' needs.

DONT BUY THE BALLOONS!!! The packing said 15 but it only contained 10 . They break easily and very overpriced, also the customer service is laughable . They follow you around the store with a walkie in hand to make sure you’re not stealing . I was walking around with my 9 year old daughter and no bag and was followed by a older gentleman ( not sure of his name but he was bald ) and felt very uncomfortable the whole time and overall, bad party city .

I needed a very last-minute wig for a costume, so I called and spoke with Paola, and she was absolutely amazing! She found a wig that I had seen online (as well as multiple alternatives that fit the description) and set it aside for me to come in right before closing to get it. She really went above and beyond and made my experience so positive!

The customer service here used to be fantastic now is terrible, Yeni was doing our ballon’s today and we waited for so long she was just talking and the manager even saw that, the other people were rude acting as they hate the job and hate serving people.
Even Yeni was making a problem because I asked to pack the ballons in 2 bags, I don’t care paying a dollar extra but please if you work in a front of the house position PLEASE be nice with your customers, here we came to buy stuff for a celebration no to ruin our days.

I ordered balloons for my kids birthday and when I went to get them, they were pretty much all deflated. The associate named Beau told me they were too busy to make me up some new ones, that it was too hot and that's why the balloons were deflated. What kind of excuse is that ? Did you store my balloons outside? The store seemed cool inside to me. My kid was so upset. I'll never come back. Thanks for making my kid cry on her birthday! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
