Many things but at the same time few I went to look for what I needed for my wedding but the prices were very high compared to bds and second glasses only one package, dishes were not in the color I needed they should have someone who is aware of the existence of things happening inventory really a disappointment

Great location convenient to my home in Boston and business and Cambridge. Beau and Marc took fantastic care of me and are genuine in their interest to help with my planning needs. Both personal and business. In a pinch their delivery options are a nice feature too. Check them out.

I normally don't write reviews, but this Party City went above and beyond to make sure my balloon delivery order made it to me on time even though I had to make some quick location changes the day before. Super thankful for their speedy assistance in accommodating me and for double-checking that everything was all set in their systems/delivery service when it came to my order

Went to have buy 1 balloon. Was told they will not blow it up because they are too busy with another order.Dont do go this location. Pretty sure they just didn't want to find the balloon I was asking for.

What apoor service quality. There were a boy and a girl at the register doing nothing. I went up to the boy and he pointed to the girl murmuring something. I went to the girl and said go to the boy. I was upset and complained to the girl. They talked to each other and the boy asked me to move to his register instead of coming torom where I was standing.

We had an issue with our order but they promptly corrected it and provided additional balloons and delivery, definitely satisfied with their customer service.

I just wanted to post my experience at Party City in Everett Massachusetts. The manager Veronica is sweet as pie. She is so patient and has excellent customer service skills. She was not even aware that I am visually impaired and she took the time to help me out and help me find all the necessities I needed for my son’s birthday party. It is a breath of fresh air to know they are still kind people in customer service. Thank you Veronica for your excellent service.

I would give them negative reviews.1. They have very limited stuff for a particular theme2. Very rude and bad return policy.Shop anywhere Amazon , Walmart all have excellent prices and return policies. I brought so many things but one of the backdrop I opened and tried using it . It was so cheap made that it was not fitting anywhere. So I returned everything related to theme including unopened boxes and unused condition with packaging just the packaging was open (for obvious reasons) and the next day and they said they can’t take it .I also left one unopened box at my door step and it rained that day , so they denied returning that too. Plus they were so rude while returning as if they will go broke or we are cheating with them.Just because of their poor quality I had to re do the whole theme which caused me so much inconvenience. On top of it they were not even considerate enough to take boxes which got little wet in the rain but had everything even the packaging intact.

I picked up pre-ordered balloons and by the time I got home they were deflated. Dave was so beyond amazing and not only let me return and replace them for free, but threw in two free weights and colored ribbon for my inconvenience of having to come back. Thank you Dave, you’re the absolute best!!
