Lineage is a cold storage facility located in a busy area near Boston and a harbor. The location has heavy traffic, but the facility itself is described as not too busy, not very difficult to reach, and in a pretty open area with plenty of room to maneuver. The lot provides plenty of room and is not very tight. The process for delivery involves a check-in requiring specific details, followed by standard dock procedures. The people working there are noted as nice buddies at the docks and great people checking you in, with fast loading. Wait times are generally good, often allowing for early check-ins and resulting in efficient in-and-out experiences, sometimes under 60 minutes. While waiting, you can walk around to see scenery like birds and ships, and order food.

Fast loading within half an hour and they don’t have overnight parking inside but you can park on street outside for overnight.

Love the scenery and you can Walk around to the other side and watch the birds and ships coming in to the harbor. Plenty of room to maneuver and great ppl checking you in. Also you can order food while you wait. Traffic is real heavy, depends on what time you leave. 😵💫
