I wish there was an option to do zero stars cause that’s what this place deserves. Staff here are very rude men and women and there’s no sort of customer service whatsoever. I went in for an oil change these ppl took 2 plus hours! When I told them I had to leave they told me I can’t leave with my car like that they are waiting for parts. They hiked up my total telling me they did xyz which I did not agree too. Oooh and my alleged oil change there was no oil put in my car. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Main St Auto in Everett. I came in for a simple oil change, but what I got was sloppy, careless work and a blatant scam.
Not only did they fail to perform the oil change properly, but they didn’t reinstall parts correctly. After the service, I drove on the highway and immediately felt something dragging — turns out the engine splash shield was hanging and touching the road. When I returned to the shop, the guy told me that “once you change the oil, the screws are designed to break” and I’d need to replace them myself. What kind of nonsense is that?
On top of the poor work, there was no apology, no accountability, and they even tried to charge me extra for services I never agreed to, with zero explanation or transparency. It felt like a clear attempt to upsell and squeeze more money out of me for their own mistakes.
This is not how a professional shop should operate. If you value your vehicle, your money, and your peace of mind, stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t trust them to tighten a gas cap, let alone work on my car again. Total scam, careless service, and zero customer respect.

Very rude rude rude, respect customers
First of all, you guys don’t even have parking for customers to park. Stop yelling at people when they come to do services to move when they just arrive at the place. There’s another way to talk with customers, none of them know how to talk with people. CEOs when you have a business, hire somebody who can take your business to another level, not destroy it.

I had an excellent experience here! Johnathan fixed my AC very quickly and charged me a very fair price. Their customer service was outstanding, and honestly, they were cheaper than anywhere else I’ve seen. Super reliable! They even changed my oil and checked the whole car without charging me extra. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest, affordable, and professional mechanics.

Besttt place everrrrr. Shout out to Jonathan, Mikey (sorry if I said it wrong) and the whole team for helping us with our car. We were almost scammed at a different place but they helped us with everything and even fixed our plate lights for free. Thanks a lot🫶🫶🫶🫶 You guys are the best
