I am very pleased with Public Storage in Everett, I was helped by Zara she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable answering all my questions and assisting me with my storage unit needs. Highly recommend this facility happy to have my valuables safely stored at this location 💯

I was assaulted inside the storage facility, no staff around despite it being mid morning during the week, police were called. I have tried asking the manager to contact me and at this point I’ve waited MONTHS. Still no response. They raise LOCKED IN prices and change your rent due date and do not care about their customers. Go literally anywhere else.
I waited months to address being assaulted but Deb called me less than a week after posting my review to let me know i posted on the wrong public storage location and to argue the points i made in my review and call me rude for trying to correct her and not allow her to speak over me.. Very unprofessional. Still waiting for a manager to call me and i have been reporting it since OCTOBER!!!

Good promo rate for 3 months then jacked up the price which is understandable. They don’t answer or return calls and it’s impossible to find staff on site for help that I needed when trying to close out the account.

Very professional and helpful staff. I had a billing inquiry. A representative returned my call quickly. My concern was addressed, and she also adjusted my monthly bill, postponing the rate increase. Much appreciated.

I just wanna give a big shout out to the employee Debbie that’s been working there so long every time I come in here she is working her butt off to try to keep this place clean all by herself She’s the only one out of all the years I’ve been coming here that keeps this place clean. I don’t understand why other employees don’t do what she does especially at her age. She does a lot. you do a great job and we’re watching the customers thank you.

This is the first time we rent from Public Storage. We had problems with our reservation but Bill was super helpful! He found us a space, helped us test the account, and even took us up to the storage space to make sure that it was what we needed. Thanks Bill!
