I originally called AAA for help because I accidentally locked my keys in my car during a downpour. The first guy came, couldn’t get into the car, and marked the job as complete without helping. I was so frustrated.
Then I called directly to get a quote, and the woman I spoke with was amazing !!! as soon as I explained what happened, she sent someone right out. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service this good. Doug, the tow truck driver, was professional, fast, and so kind, especially given the weather.
I’m super grateful for how quickly and kindly they handled everything. Highly recommend this company…….. they really go above and beyond!

Anthony was incredibly helpful! My car actually wasn’t towed to this yard .. I thought it was, but Anthony at the front desk went above and beyond to guide me through how to retrieve it from the other tow yard. He advised me to contact AAA because I could not drive my car off of the lot and thanks to his help, my car was ultimately redirected from AAA back to Quealy’s for tow service. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated and made sure I understood every step.. contacted me when my car was being picked up, when my car was halfway out and as my car was being dropped off.
Getting towed is never fun, but the exceptional customer service made all the difference.

If I could give a zero I would got my car towed from the casino and wen I went to pick it up found that the whole side of my car was scratched and dented then the guy was trying to have me go through my insurance and wen I called the cops the cop was yelling at us like we were in the wrong they have many pictures inside of local police looks like they have a very close relationship with them be careful if u get ur car towed here and check thoroughly before u leave this is probably the worst place u can get ur car towed

My car got towed and super damaged on the side door, fender and the front bumper. The guy at front desk was extremely rude and refused to give their insurance information.

This towing company just hires anyone. TRUCK WITH LICENSE PLATE NUMBER 974 was on route 16 high way cutting people off left and right causing me to almost get into an accident. Quealy, DO better in hiring people. This guy looked pretty young and was cutting around vehicles going on the breakdown lane 50-60 mph and taking red lights. Very unsafe for this guy to be on the streets and on highways. This happened today 06/23/25 around 7:30 pm.

All tow companies are predatory & greedy but this one is special as they charge $25 for a certified letter after you've already spoken to them.
The tow truck operator minimized the accident that brought the vehicle in, the same accident that injured my relative.
Operator complained about when they were moving the vehicle then shared that they used to ride around on one of the mopeds they had in the lot after it got brought in. Good to know their drivers use vehicles in the lot like free rentals.
Front desk staff was friendly & helpful.

Got towed out of the visitors parking lot where i live, my own fault, not supposed to park there. Quealy is the company that tows for the condo association..they were just doing there job.
They were fair in price and very nice office workers!

Drivers are scam artist just extorted us for 50 bucks to drop our car parked in a bank parking lot while we were in the bank thabk God for the Everett police doing a good job love how they went from 110 to 50 and it's on record see you in court that's called extortion and the cops said it themselves on record
