I have been 5 years member today I when there with my wife and children 🧒 they told me children are not allowed understand The safety but they are very rude to telling me you cannot shop there and very unprofessional deal with me.

Attention drivers this place is super busy and tight if the parking is full I suggest you to call for check in because by the time you go inside and do check in you’ll have a ticket in your window by Dot or the police 🤦🏻♂️

Restaurant depot Everett the worst of all waiting in line for 2 hours and there are like 12 registers and there are only 2 open charging the manager should charge all the lazy people who are doing nothing

Just terrible how treat People, except some workers also every time we go there is not cart so we need to wait someone to take they cart , this unacceptable

We went yesterday to shop there , we didn’t know that it was only for restaurants owners, we had only picked up halal chicken nuggets and chicken tenders for ourselves, spent almost two hours inside, and at the check out the cashier asked us for depot card which we didn’t have nor we knew , there was a guy beside cashier seemed to be the manager, snatched our cart from us and told us to leave , he was very rude and disrespectful, he needs to get trained, his behavior was bad and unacceptable, 😞that guy needs to learn how to treat people in a nice and professional way in the business,

Restaurant depot staff was very rude to one of my employees stole my restaurant depot card and make fun of my employee today and discriminated my employee for being Hispanic this is unacceptable

The manager (Ismael) Per this manager (I will not give to my last name or initial that’s none of your business) the tone and language he used was so offensive and callous and should be FIRED effective immediately once we contact corporate. Restaurant Depot has a reputation that prioritizes their customers this manager is doing damage to your brand and as a business owner myself I would remove anyone who tarnishes the reputation of my business and cash flow. He automatically speculated that card was being shared because of the pigmentation of the skin or the age appeared of the person in store and He handed a situation on 6/23/24 at 12:30 EST with absolute prejudice and unprofessionalism in person and the phone conversation was even worse.He was rude and displayed levels of racial bias and anger. However, the conversation was not recorded (if you deal with this manager please ensure you record the conversations) as he appears to be a person that is classified as a minority. Embarrassed and pulled out the line simply because they forced the person in store to use the credit of $98 on file. What if we didn’t want to? Their policies should outline that and he should be severely reprimanded for his behavior he doesn’t know who people are walking into that store and will ensure corporate hears about this!
